"I am in love with my new apartment at skytop. It's very beautiful, nice and clean. The Internet man Vick is an excellent friendly expert in getting you started with services. Vick gave me some great rates that is very satisfying. Thanks Vick. Your the best!"
"Never try to live here ok guys this place is a joke guess that's why there rating is low.. I would not refer this to a homeless man.. they do nothing but lie and the staff is very very rude.. they say one thing till they get your money then change up there policy.. very sad warning yall"
"Recently I was able to tour this complex and Brandon assisted me and my family he was extremely informative and he has a great sense of humor! The unit I viewed looked very nice and the master bedroom was huge! Hopefully some day in the future I could call this place my home ✨ I have no complaints ?."
"“Wonderful Tour Experience!”
I recently toured Skytop Apartments with Paige, and I was blown away by her professionalism and kindness. She made the entire process so enjoyable, answering all my questions and showing me every detail about the property. Her enthusiasm and knowledge made me feel confident about potentially living here. If I decide to move, it’s because of her! Also shout out to Jennifer!"
"Super nice friendly and quiet neighborhood! They do a lot for the community! Vick the optimum guy is super fantastic and hooks you up for all your needs! Highly recommended this place for anyone!"

"Crystal the Manager had gaven a friend of mine 3 leasing violation in one day and she had problems with her apartment roaches sinks are clogged up and they don't wanna do anything at sky top apartments they're being lazy just don't wanna fix anything at all her dish washer is broken they don't wanna fix it just lazy ass people here at the property so if i was you i wouldn't rent at sky top apartments at all"
"I moved in a couple of months ago and noticed all of the negative reviews for this community and upon reading, I did not really agree with any of them.
The staff has been more than understanding, nice, flexible, and informative. Everyone I have had to deal with hasn’t been pleasant and the application process was smooth, probably due to the fact that everything that was asked for up front was very logical. My rent was even late and the manager was very sweet and understanding.
Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled in a timely manner and never ignored. My requests were never for anything major, though.
My neighbors are polite and I’ve never felt unsafe here.
Apartments can tend to have a “bug” issue and from my last set of apartments I was terrified of that. Skytop is bug free and I’ve never seen a single insect (spider, roach, ant, etc) in my home.
The parking isn’t a problem, the gate has only been out once since Ive lived here and it was fixed. Stuff breaks, people cant seem to be understanding to that fact.
I can’t say enough good things about this community!"
