"Worse place ever! Roaches ARE EVERYWHERE WHERE YOU EAT, where you sleep EVEN IN THE CLOSETS , bathroom EVERY WHERE! Get used to oh and the carpet is not seal. So there is where they’re coming from. Management take for ever to send pest control and when they do come it’s like they’re spreading food for the freaking roaches. Come here we have all sizes. SMALL AND BIG."
"HORRIBLE..when I moved in the oven was not working properly and the toilet seat was broken. The first time I used the oven there was almost a fire. A mover of mine lived here and told me all about the apt, the roaches and how the management doesn’t help. (Under new management now). I honestly was shocked because everything looked okay at first but I was also shocked that the apt I had looked different than what I was originally shown. Within a couple of months of me living here I would see a couple of roaches here and there however, not long after I was noticing way more roaches. I asked the office to seal the carpets but was told they were already sealed yet no one came to inspect my carpets, so I’m not sure how they came to that decision. The only parts that were sealed were the kitchen and front door. I attached pictures that CLEARLY shows the carpets aren’t sealed throughout the full apartment. Roaches were LITERALLY EVERYWHERE!! The ceiling, on the mounted tv’s, the beds, sofas, my work desk & coming out of vents and under the carpet. I was COMPLETELY UNCOMFORTABLE living here! I didn’t want guest there and I didn’t want to be there myself. The water just randomly stops and then we would get noticed way after it’s already been off. (In the picture the water knob is turned on yet no water is coming). People would leave their trash outside causing it to smell and there would be wires just in piles outside. You may hear music blasting at 10am on a Wednesday or 2am on a Saturday. So who cares if you work from home or want to sleep. This place needs to be EXTERMINATED BADLY. They finally had inspections because new management came but that was at the end of the year & saying the place looked fine yet it was roaches crawling, leaks and a broken toilet..that is not fine. Also no one from new management came to fix anything either, this was the worst apartment I’ve stayed in."

"I visit my mom every other day and now y’all wanna start this towing mess and making guest park on the back fences and don’t even care we have to walk far to get to our families apartment. I literally just now had to walk through the rain soaked all the way to my mom’s apartment because y’all want to tow. Yall need to make some visitors parking in the middle as well . Also the black guy who works in the front office, if I hear you disrespect my mom again I promise you going have to see me sir . You have disrespected her 2 times already and she just had simple questions. Don’t let me hear you was being disrespectful again because I promise you ain’t goin like what I have to say to you"

She got me approved for a townhome, worked with me at every step and just showed genuine care of my daughter and I. I am so excited to move in and call this place home!"
