"Miserable experience. There is trash everywhere - every bin is flowing onto the sidewalk every week. People let their dogs run around and there's dog poop in almost every grass patch on campus. I complained twice about my neighbors and their dog which barks all night because it lives in the garage beneath my apartment. Same neighbor open the garage door just enough to let the dog roam around the neighborhood and it already came at my kids when I let them out of the car. The gym has been closed for over a month because 1 single device was defective, and they didn't want anyone using it. - Bad management. I have nails that keep popping up in my stairs of my apartment = cheap construction. There is not enough parking. Only a few non paid parking spaces in the whole complex. Most parking is $45 / month. At night this place is LOUD with freeway noise and people racing engines through the parking lot. They want to charge me the full contract penalty to break my lease because I don't want to live in this mis-run place any more. I've already filed a complaint against them with the State of Texas. Avoid this place."

Vanessa’s dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience is evident in everything she does. Her friendly demeanor and efficient problem-solving skills make dealing with any leasing issues or inquiries stress-free. Jasmine G., the Leasing Professional Associate, has also provided top-notch service. She is always welcoming and easy to talk to, ensuring clear communication about lease renewals, community updates, and general inquiries. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly stand out, making the leasing process smooth and transparent.
Maintenance Team:
I cannot say enough great things about the maintenance staff here as well. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and always quick to respond to any service requests. Whether it’s a small repair or a larger maintenance issue, they handle everything with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Their dedication to keeping the property in top shape is clear, and I appreciate their excellent service every time.

"The facility is new and beautiful...the prices are on the units are a bit high for the zip code however the placement and facilities makeup for that. The hospitality of the staff especially Mrs. Jasmine Guerrero was impeccable...I had plenty of options to rent from but her hospitality and professionalism was the deciding factor."
