"This is far the worst place I have lived. Not only am I getting the run around about getting my deposit back but I feel this is completely unfair treatment especially to someone who has always paid rent on time. Since living there I’ve had A stray bullet to come through my living room window. strange people sleeping on my porch etc. maintenance staff is always caught on property drinking beer. while I was sitting on the couch in order for the apartments to fix it I had to call the police and do all type of things when they know the type of area that they service. Then I called I needed my deposit and I was given the runaround. Alex is not the friendliest. Neither is the staff that he works with. I feel this matter is completely out of line and I will seek legal action if this review does not get the proper response. Just because this location is in Greenspoint doesn’t give you all the right to treat hard working people this way! I deserve my justice!!! The first 7 photos are the photos taken when I moved out. The others are screenshots of emails regarding work orders."
"I haven't been here a whole month yet and rats are invading my apartment.Been trying to get in contact with property management but no luck so far.Maintenence came and looked but they say they don't see or can't find where they are coming from. Which means even after pest control comes .it won't stop...Talked to a few of my neighbors and they're having the same problem in different buildings so even if they move you chances are you'll still have this problem.The people have been patient with me I can say. BUT if you know your property has this problem why even move people in with no warning that they'll be dealing with this.THIS IS NOT SAFE AND NOT SANITARY.I have kids and I guess for a whole year they won't be able to visit daddy because I don't want them to see or deal with anything like this.These are BIG rats .The traps they have are not good enough.You can literally hear scratching through your wall it is HORRIBLE.If you know how to deal with these creatures hey go for it.But if you're terrified and don't deal with rodents.LOOK THE OTHER WAY"
"The apartment and the people are quite nice. Any maintenance problems are fixed quickly and efficiently. The leasing office has been helpful, especially Sandy. She's been an amazing help with everything, she's very professional and will do whatever she can to assist you."
"Clean and quiet apartments! The leasing agents are super nice and helpful. Their very good about communicating with you when you have questions / if something needs fixing, they do their best to get it done the same day. My leasing agent Shae has been more than helpful and super nice ?"
"First of all I would like to begin by saying, that when requested to do a review I always want to be accurate as to what it is exactly that can be improved. I don't like inflated reviews hence the 2 stars. The truth of the matter is, the enviornment and which we live does not feel like it is taken into consideration. There are constantly the same crew of homeless people sitting at the bus stops and as a resident I have complained on numerous occasions to the thievery that has taken place on the property. To receive notices that the leasing office is not assisting its residents in having a safe place to retrieve their packages, adds insult to the injuries I have already incurred from Amazon. The price of rent has gone up but the services the complex offers have not expanded. Management doesn't act concerned about the quality or security of us as residents. There aren't enough options to choose from in the beginning as far as floor plans and I haven't heard positive comments about the 2 bed room."
