"Maintenance in this property is 10/10 . I used to live in apartment 262 and the guys from maintenance were really friendly specially Carlos he treated me like if i new him from a long time like a family. And when put a work order he was there the same day or lates next day. I highly recommend here"
"I currently stay in these apartments and yes they are nice but the workers are not fair. The Mexicans literally always throw parties and play loud music, drinking and smoking. And it was nothing said to them. I got a violation for playing music and they swear the smoking come from my apartment when literally all the people here smoke. I am pregnant and I do not smoke. I don’t even be at home because I work all the time. I got a violation for people smoking around my apartment and I don’t even know these people. And they was walking playing music so loud. So the blame came on me. I am not the owner of these apartments so it is there job to keep outsiders out of these apartments NOT ME!!! So it is not fair that I got a violation and Mexicans be throwing parties and drinking and smoking and everything."
"These apts are a nightmare. I lived here for a year & kept my head down. I’m so happy I upgraded & moved to another part of town.
-People are dirty and trashy.
-The outside air always smells like garbage.
-Always kids screaming and yelling all day and all night. (One came into my house)
-The office didn’t tend to anything that needed to be fixed, including my flooded apt. English speakers are VERY limited.
-they turn the water off every day bc it’s always something.
-the community is build very small so you have no privacy and you can hear everything outside from inside your house.
-There is always loud music playing at all times of the night.
-just a really gross place to be & the price is NOT worth your peace.
If you enjoy constant trash, screaming kids, smelly air & using Google translator all the time, then rent here ! :)"
"I've been renting with different villa Serena properties for about 7 years now and none of them have let me down. It's Greenspoint so you can already expect some rowdiness but all of the properties have security that's actually securing the place. The ladies at Serena Heights (Silvia and Berenice) are very helpful and understanding I'm never late on my rent but I explained to them this month an emergency came up I paid half and the other half late but thank God for no problems. The maintenance crew is always on point and they keep the property clean. No break ins or robberies the only thing is the roaches (but that's apartments in general) but I keep it clean baited and they have pest control to come out if you want to."
"The office management along with berenice have been very responsive and easy to work with . Very informative I have been living here for 1 and a half years and so far no problems . They're very quick to handle any issue with units and security has been good Atwell"
