"Sawyer Heights Loft has been an enjoyable living experience. The staff is phenomenal, personable, welcoming and attentive to the residents!!! The maintenance staff has been remarkable as well. Whenever I’ve had an issue it was addressed the same day or the following business day.
The location is perfect and near various businesses (Target and Sephora (just to name a few) are literally our neighbors?). Sawyer Heights Lofts also offers various amenities such as community events, local food trucks and my personal favorite the fitness instructors. Mayowa and Naomi are truly a Godsend!!! They will get you in shape for sure.
In conclusion, if you seeking a home I would suggest you strongly consider Sawyer Heights Lofts. I’ve enjoyed my residency here."
"I had a virtual tour with Don & he was amazing. He emailed me multiple pictures and videos & all the amenity spaces. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to lease because my company moved back home to Austin, but I highly recommend working with Don. He was very professional & answered all my questions via phone & email. If I was to stay in houston, I would definitely lease with him at sawyer heights. The hallways seemed spotless and the apartments were very nice. Can’t beat the location. Hopefully I will be back at sawyer heights to lease in the future."
"We looked at countless apartments in the Houston area, many of which were very nice. Honestly we would have been happy at any of them, but the minute we met Don at Sawyer Heights Lofts, we were sold!!! These were the last apartments we looked at on our way out of town. Don couldn’t have been more helpful that day and every single day since. He is absolutely wonderful to deal with. So patient and understanding and helpful. We have never rented an apartment before so we had TONS of questions and he was always there for us. Since we moved in, nothing has changed. He is so responsive and friendly - it has been a fantastic experience! I would recommend Don and Sawyer Heights Lofts to everyone!!! Thank you!!"
"I left a 5 star earlier this year when I moved in but have rescinded it in totality. After poor maintenance and an eviction threat made on false reports, I have nothing good to say. Note: when I responded to eviction threat with offering all documented conversations and witnesses, as well as my own threat of suit and litigation, management no longer responded or pressed the issue. Truly a shame as this place has great potential."
"Houston has more high rent, low quality apartments than one could fathom and Sawyer Heights Lofts is not one of them. I toured around 20 apartments from Montrose to Timberbrook and I did not find a staff member more helpful than Don at the front desk. Don was accommodating and direct throughout the touring, application, and leasing process. A lot of apartment leasing agents will stutter, mumble, or make up something when you ask them a tough question. That was not the case with my experience at Sawyer Heights. If they need clarification on a question i asked they communicated that to me. Honesty is good in the world and I believe the residents here are happier because of it.
