"It was a family-oriented environment, and my stay was great!
I liked the common room where you could read, work, use the computers, and print for free. The outdoor area near the common room has lots of trees, and the fresh air feels so good. Maintenance was very efficient; even after odd hours, they were available to help with my AC and key replacement , for a cost of course for my key/fob. My move-out process was smooth and stress-free.
I visited their leasing office in person maybe three times during my stay. They were effective in addressing things via email and calls.
Cons and reasons for my 4/5 star rating:
- The buildings do not have good soundproofing. I could hear everything my neighbors did upstairs and across from me, and they could likely hear me as well. When someone's phone rings or they talk on the phone, you can hear the rings and conversation faintly. Sometimes, I had to go to the closet for privacy when I was on the phone.
- One of the reps at the leasing office front desk, whose name I can't remember, was extremely rude and unkind. However, the rest of the staff were amazing.
I believe in leaving your apartment in excellent condition when your lease ends. This was the state in which I left my apartment. Please see the attached for review."
"It is a beautiful property. However, beware! Although they are using “state of the art” electronic devices, from door keys to gate access, they don’t always work, leaving you standing outside your apartment at midnight. This company is only interested in one thing: squeezing as much money out of tenants as possible. If there is a possible fee, they charge it, before move-in, while you live there, and after you move out. They will pressure sell you on the rent. If you don’t sign their contract right away and provide the copious amounts of information they require, they will raise the monthly rent rate each day until you do. You won’t get your deposit back. You will be required to buy a bond to protect them on move-out. They will come up with multiple unnecessary charges on move-out, and will make a claim on the bond, and charge you what the bond doesn’t pay and threaten to send it to collections if you don’t pay within 30 days. This is even if you leave the apartment clean. Don’t be fooled. They don’t care about you at all, just how much money they can make off of you. I don’t usually post negative reviews, but in this case I am appalled."
"Unsafe and Unreliable: Avoid This Apartment Complex!!!!!!
This apartment complex is a prime example of how not to run a property. Despite having video surveillance, my father's truck was stolen TWICE! It's clear that the management either doesn’t care or is incompetent when it comes to security.
Also, they once made us pay an extra $100, claiming that our rent payment didn't go through. This was due to a system error on their end, yet they still expected us to pay the extra fee.
If you value your belongings and your peace of mind, I strongly advise you to avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!!"

This apartment complex is luxury. Very pricey but the environment is pleasing. There are elevators for the apartment units with the forth floor. There is a pond in the middle of the complex with a walk around sidewalk.
The doors do come with a wireless key remote. The walls are a little thin. You cam hear your neighbors dogs if they're barking."
"Worked with Sheree O’Connor on touring apartments and she was beyond helpful. Not only did she do a great job on showing me this great community but I signed a lease the same day. Beautiful area and great service. Definitely recommend giving this place a go!"
