"Sure the pool is nice and grabs your attention, however, this is the worst appartment complex! I had to spend all of my savings to move out before I was supposed to. It took all of my 10k savings I had. I truely think that is such a scam and I hope they go out of business because they are scum. Hope this review gets you to NOT LIVE AT THIS APPARTMENT COMPLEX."
"I recently had the pleasure of living at Sapphire Bay Apartments for 3 years, and I can confidently say it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff, particularly the manager, Nicole, the assistant manager Latoya and the lease agent, Drew. Their dedication to providing a top-notch living experience is truly commendable. Nicole, the property manager, is a standout leader. She is not only incredibly responsive but also genuinely cares about the residents. If any issue arises, she addresses it promptly and efficiently, ensuring that everyone feels valued and heard. Her friendly demeanor makes it easy to approach her with any concerns or questions.
Drew, our lease agent, is one of the best in the business. He made the leasing process seamless and straightforward. His knowledge of the property and its amenities is impressive, and he took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Drew’s attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond truly set him apart.

The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, making it easy to maintain an active lifestyle without having to leave the property. One of my favorite amenities is the **bark park**! As a dog owner, I can’t express how much my sweet dog Rocky enjoys this area. It’s spacious and well-fenced, allowing Rocky to run freely and socialize with other dogs in a safe environment. The bark park features agility equipment that provides great exercise for him while keeping things fun and engaging. It’s clear that Sapphire Bay understands the importance of catering to pet owners and their furry friends.
One of the aspects that impressed me most was the maintenance team at Sapphire Bay. Daniel, another Daniel ? and Manuel. They are incredibly efficient and skilled at what they do. Whenever I had a maintenance request—whether it was a minor issue or something more significant—they responded quickly and resolved it with professionalism. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and care about keeping the community in excellent condition.
The location of Sapphire Bay Apartments is another major plus. It’s conveniently situated near shopping centers, restaurants, and parks, making it easy to enjoy all that the area has to offer. The accessibility to public transportation further adds to its appeal for those who commute.
In conclusion, my experience at Sapphire Bay Apartments has been nothing short of fantastic. "I’ve lived at Sapphire Bay for 1.5 years! I have a two bedroom with two bathrooms and the price is comparable to other apartments that aren’t nearly as nice. I’m extremely pleased. My apartment has vinyl flooring, granite countertops, washer & dryer and a huge living, dining, kitchen area. The office & maintenance staff are the best I’ve ever experienced! I won’t be moving anytime soon!"
"Maintenance has always been on point. They have replaced my A/C and breaker switches and my sink disposal and always fixed in a timely fashion. Daniel is very good!"
