"We have already renewed once. The property is beautiful and maintained on a daily basis. Any work order I submit has maintenance at my door same day. The amenities are abundant. The gated entry is great. Never had an issue with safety or vehicle. Office staff is always properly staffed and very professional/knowledgable. Property manager Chas has been very helpful/attentive to the property order, as well as quick to follow up with our specific questions. Not to mention this prime location. We love it here."
"We enjoy living here very much. Confused by the negative reviews. Spam? The property is beautiful, all staff very nice and helpful. They remember your name and dogs name. Office and maintenance always smile and say hello even if you are just passing through. It is gated and never had or heard of a safety issue. There are two officers that live on site which is awesome, but I’ve never needed them. Noise complaints in reviews below: It is an apartment and you will always hear the upstairs neighbor. However in the lease there are disturbance time clauses and property manager always address them promptly. The other tenants are pretty friendly and understanding. As for deposits: The deposit is like $250. I think it’s typical for a property to withhold some or all of that for cleaning/repairs when you move when needed. You get your monies worth at San Tierra."
"I've lived here for more than 1 year.
Enjoyed my time here with my family. Always available grill (they have 8 of them). 2 Pools and huge gym.
The stores all near by with in 5 minutes.
The lounge area large and you can have lunch or dinner there (just bring your food . LOL)
I would recommend inside apartments on a corners (with huge balcony).
The service team extremely responsible and fast.
3 elevators so if one of them broken you do have 2 another options.
Free covered parking.
Great clean property, they do have regular stuff constantly.
I realized most issues from people that brakes the rules and get kicked off and after places bad reviews.
At 10:00 PM the pool is off and security goes thru the property to lock and we can have nice sleep at night.
Last but not least. We did out best to keep apartment clean and we got our deposit back. But independents on You and how you keep your apartment."
"This apartment complex was well kept when they first opened up. The hallways were always clean, but now there’s dog pee in the hallways and the hallways are always dirty, The apartments are beautiful. I just wish they would maintain the hallways and clean them more often."
"Quick to respond to service request. Clean, quiet, dog friendly place to call home. I renewed my lease agreement due to how impressed I was with this property management company."
