"I want to start by saying I arrived at Sabine Street Lofts after contacting about 30 other properties. From the moment I walked through the door the customer service I was greeted with by Sarah immediately made me want to call Sabine Street Lofts home. She took the time to go over every detail and showed me two units to provide me with a clear understanding of what I could expect in a new home. If you are looking for your next forever home please consider Sabine Street Lofts and ask for Sarah.

"We recently renewed our lease and are celebrating! My husband and I moved here to reduce the hours and stress of daily commuting. We are immediately loved the building and relaxed style inside, and we pinch ourselves to be having so much fun after 26 years of living in various parts of Houston. What we enjoy here is a laid-back, quiet home on a lovely bend of Buffalo Bayou near the place where Houston began. We can walk across the street to Buffalo Bayou park and enjoy the view from the Sabine bridge every day, and we enjoy food trucks, art exhibits, and other family fun on the weekend, and our parking is included - what a plus! We are close to many entertainment venues, the Theater District and great restaurants, within walking distance of the city’s revitalized Downtown area, as well as being closer to our church in Memorial. The building is quieter than we expected, and our neighbors are friendly and hospitable. We have dogs and so do many people here, and we enjoy the amenities that allow us to thrive with our family pets. Our college children think our loft is cozy and spacious, and we are happy that it is safe and stress-free. Of course, there are usual issues that are common to living in a community, but I commend the staff here for doing all they can to resolve them quickly. The office staff here is friendly, personally helpful, and go the extra mile. We can approach them with any issue, and they respond professionally and quickly. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable and has worked overtime to keep the place in order. We are safe here with a security guard and cameras in key areas. We enjoy our home here and look forward to staying for a long time!"
"I moved to Sabine Street lofts December 30th of 2023. Great decision that I made. I have liked it here. Whenever I have a complaint of something things have been done. They are cleaning the floors even better now in the hallway and the elevators and they came and cleaned my carpet in my apartment this week which today is September 30th of 2024. My carpet smells wonderful. The people that came and cleaned it they were professional. After they finished cleaning the carpet they moped the floors in the bathroom and going through the hallway going to the door. They were very nice, very clean and I appreciate everything and to my wonderful people in the office. Our new manager Miss Stephanie. Our leaseing Professional Ms.Barbara and to our assistant manager Mr. David. I just like to thank you all. You all have been so great and too the maintenance team Mr. Juan and Will y'all have been great whenever I ask for something to be done. It has been done and I just want to thank you all.
