"My time here so far (move in Jan 2025) has been wonderful. Anthony & Vanessa are always so welcoming and very helpful. The maintenance team is great and very punctual in getting issues quickly resolved. The hallways and shared spaces are kept very clean. Shared spaces near the front office are beautiful and I love how Slowpokes is attached to us. I also love the little trail surrounding a fountain to walk my dog. If you have dogs, there’s plenty of open grass space to walk them! I feel very safe living here and am happy to have found such an amazing and beautiful complex!"
"Been here for 2 months now, and I can say it's a clean and quiet complex with no issues! Besides the amenities and nice view of the lake, we decided with this apartment due to the great customer service. A big shoutout to Amy & Anthony for the tour and helping with the application process and Nisha for helping with the move in. This is my girlfriend and I first apartment together and they made everything really easy!
There is plenty of parking in the front for guest. If you are worried about security, they do have security that roams the lot at night and with the door access that you get on an app on your phone, you have control on who can come in.
If you are looking for a really nice modern apartment that is quiet and a bit hidden, I would recommend this place!"
"Very good Apartment in Houston. Fantastic lake that we can walk in the evening after work, surround with many shopping malls, restuarants and we can stay as the private place. Nisha Vanessa and Anthony are great team that help me a lot for move-in. I can make decision within 24 hours after Apartment survey. Apartment also has activities for tenants like free boxing class, small party, etc. Great to live here! The great thing is Apartment provides good service for Work from home."

"This is a brand new property and it truly stands out. The design is stylish and modern, with a clean, well-maintained environment throughout. The apartments are quiet, cozy, and provide a comfortable living space. I love the finishing of the apartments and the wooden floor and marvel kitchen tops. The location is unbeatable.
I highly recommend seeing Anthony! He’s the best—extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of. Overall, a fantastic place to live!"
"Anthony and Amy were diligent in ensuring my fiancee and I were equipped with adequate information to feel confident in our move. Despite construction being incomplete on the property, the quality of service from the team at Rowan gave us the reassurance to commit to moving in. One month in, and there has been 0 buyer’s remorse. Furthermore, the facilities are stunning and intuitive. Huge shoutout to Anthony for helping me rent out the property’s facilities for a surprise birthday party!!"
"I love living at Rowan! For someone that travels a lot, I get deliveries when I’m not always there.??♀️? The staff is great about sliding those in my apartment or garage or just holding them for me - whatever I ask.??? Also - with Slopokes downstairs, I can grab a glass of wine or snack some nights so I don’t have to open my own bottle knowing it will go bad if I have to take off and travel! People are great! Staff is fantastic! Amenities are superb! ✔️✔️✔️"
