I have looked at other apartments and always felt unsure about them due to the lack of service I was given to my concerns I had on the process and questions I wanted to ask. I understand that complexes are busy with other potential tenants, but a response should not take longer than 2 business days IMO. That always had me concerned that what if they dismiss my concerns when I move in just as how they are before I do.
Since day 1 Dulce has been responsive and helpful throughout the process from answering my questions, to confirming documents have been received. This gives me good hope that there will be just the same quality of service when I move in. Time will tell but don't have any red flags being raised.
AT THIS TIME (10/23/23) - I am only going to leave a 4 star review due not actually moving in yet but def looking positive experience so far"
"They are greedy they don’t want to change the ac unit that it’s been broken since last summer they just keep replacing part of it. I have 3 small kids sleeping with under wear just because they don’t want to buy a new one and on top of that I have to pay higher electricity bill plus 1100 on rent"
