"I love living at the Preserve! The staff is wonderful and always so attentive. Andrea and Carissa are friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond. Josvany (maintenance) is very helpful, friendly and has always completed any of my work orders in a fast and timely manner. The community is well-kept, quiet, my neighbors are very friendly and I’ve never had any negative issues living here. The amenities are also great! I love being able to get coffee whenever I want and the gym is also very nice. Living in front of St. Martha’s is an added plus because of how pretty it is. You’re also conveniently located near several grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, nail salons, gyms, banks, and you’re only minutes away from 59. Overall, great place to live!"
"An endless list of issues that have being brought to the management and the owner attention without doing the necessary actions to resolve any. It has being soo long now more than five months waiting without any clue… just like dragging us to the end of our lease contract, only because they don’t wanna invest a certain amount of money for a backyard door to be replaced that has to prevent the rain leakage inside our unit, more than this there are a numerous negative points why you should not opt for preserve at Woodridge as your place to live!
Insulation defect at the unit , the technology fee that we have to pay while we no getting no use of it, the water bill that is too high because simply we have to share it with the total community either we home or not. The electricity bill is too high too, it is not a gated community & the space of the units are small no pantry for the kitchen… Simply it does not worth the high rent we paying."

"I found out about this gem of a community through social media. My spouse and I were looking for our next move when this location came to us. Let me start by saying how sweet of a concept this is. Apartment living, yet in your own house so to speak. We booked an appointment with Karina to see the layouts and get more information. She is an absolute sweetheart; she has such a genuine, warm energy. We were made very welcome, and this just immediately felt like home. We had looked at other apartments, which were nice, but either the floor plans did not work, or the vibe was just off. The Preserve has everything we hoped for. I cannot wait for our official move in!"
"I went on a tour of the community yesterday, and I must say, I fell in love!! The community is perfect for anyone who is looking for a home without the responsibilities that come with home ownership.
The property itself is beautiful. It’s a hidden gem, tucked away from the traffic and hubbub of the city. Think of an apartment community without sharing walls, upstairs or downstairs neighbors… yes, please!! However, what really got us was the friendliness and positivity of everyone we encountered.
Karina, the Property Manager, is an absolute doll!! She’s attentive, personable, and genuine! She patiently addressed all of our questions- and we had A LOT, lol! While touring, we encountered several of the contractors, maintenance, and grounds staff, all of which were delightful. We loved the community so much that we applied on the spot! I highly recommend it and am looking forward to moving into our new home!!"
