"When I first entered their office to inquire about a place to live, I was greeted with patients understanding and willingness to help. My experience with Pradera Oaks so far has been one of the best when it comes to leasing. The community is quiet, it’s brand new, they are big and spacious and more importantly after a chaotic day, you can come home to a quiet environment. I highly recommend you looking into Pradera Oaks as a place to live, especially if you are on a budget. The quality of the homes and the quality of the service I received by far exceeded anything I expected. -Lisa"
"Great staff in the leasing office! They are always happy and willing to help you with anything that you need in a timely manner. Homes are spacious, comfortable, well kept, and situated in a quiet and nice neighborhood! Well recommended! Shoutout to Mike as well for staying late and helping me with some package delivery issues I had?"

"Crooks. Be careful when you sign a lease here. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE ENTIRE CONTRACT! These people snaked my entire security deposit. When I called to ask about it, they blatantly lied about it and said the system showed it was already sent, when clearly it wasn't. The one and only person (one person is in charge of the security deposits for the entire region) that I had to speak to is impossible to reach. I had to call the main office in Houston just to be able to reach this person. Again, no communication on what was happening, they just kept my money. Also, be aware of their utilities scam. They want you to do everything through them so they can charge 2x. We loved the house, but it's not worth the highway robbery. Just don't live here"
"Long waited review. Above and beyond from day one. From having to find a home quick and fast Michael got us into our home. Fast forward months later while I was out of state for work, my wife was locked out of the house. Michael once again responded fast and took care of my wife and daughter."
