"Did an apartment tour for my parents and was greeted with the best customer service I’ve experienced a while. Abriana was our tour guide she was knowledgeable, warm, welcoming and inviting. During the beautiful and detailed tour Abriana was able to refer to several residents by name and they all spoke back. Which speaks volumes to professionalism and integrity of the facility. The apartments are gorgeous all of the amenities we well kept the pool is open all year round!!!! 10/10 I would certainly live here!"
"I wanted to hold off on giving a review until I have had some lived experience at these apartments. We chose these apartments not only because the premises are beautiful, but Mikesah was incredibly helpful and personable. After 5 months living here I have to say it is a very peaceful community. The management team is extremely helpful and friendly, they even know tenants by name. Maintenance is quick and responsive as well. The few issues we have had were resolved quickly. The only complaint I have is the parking. There is supposed to be two parking tags per residence and a designated visitor parking area, but we often find several cars without parking tags parked all over taking up resident spaces."
"My wife and I just turned in our keys to our home of three years, it was extremely bittersweet as we LOVED living here. We just moved into a home so didn’t leave The Pointe for another apartment complex. I spent a lot of my time walking my boxer dog Maze, the area in and around the complex is very open and huge so plenty of space to release her energy. The pool area is so beautiful, the fitness room has updated equipment and is always very clean. The community and neighbors were always very kind and polite, I enjoyed getting to know everyone. The leasing agents are amazing, polite, and always very helpful. I would often see Mikesah’s smiling face in the office, she was always very kind and really cared about helping with anything we needed. I will most definitely miss living here, thank you so much for a wonderful living experience!"
