"Alexandria and Liz ,The entire Staff are amazing .They made me and my infant son feel at ease and at home. The Leasing process was painless and they are honest and upfront about everything. The Apartment on the outside is beautiful and well kept. I love my garden tub and the fact that it wasn't painted before I moved in some places I lived before painted the tub instead of cleaning it I love the washer and dryer connection being in the one bedrooms. And the fact that I have my own garage. My Apartment stays at a cool temperature without the AC being on. My son crawls around freely through out our unit, Carpet was cleaned and the unit was obviously well kept. If you looking for a peaceful clean well kept place to stay stop by the Piedmont Apartments one of nicest apartments I've rented in a long time And don't fret if you don't have a car there is a bus stop right out front that picks up every hour that takes you throughout Baytown."
"I lived here for a year and a half. When I first moved in my apartment smelled like cat urine and there were several other issues like paint all over the floors due to a poor paint job, outlets that were either broken or didn’t work, and our tub was also painted and within a few months the paint started to peel. I attempted to submit my inventory form several times but due to my work hours not correlating with the office hours nor there being a drop box, I had to email it. I never received a response for the property manager Misty. Communication with office staff is difficult and when you are able to speak with them it’s all very quick, so your concerns seem frivolous. I dealt with mice and roach infestations - management hired exterminators but the issue was never resolved. I had to hire my own exterminator. There is ALWAYS trash all over the complex. They have a pool but it might as well be replaced with a park or something because it’s never open. Both summers I lived here it either did not open until end of July beginning of August and pool hours were limited to 10-5 even on weekends. The amenities here are sad. The price for a 3 bedroom 2 bath was affordable in 2022 but they continued to raise rent and never properly addressed issues. If you decide to live here be prepared to deal with poor management, a complex full of trash, and no real amenities. Your rent will be raised every year and your concerns will not be addressed."
"Been living here for three years now half of my power outlets don't work my cabinets are hanging on by a thread my second bedroom ceiling fan sounds like its gonna fly off and kill someone. Roaches live inside the walls and counter tops recently I discovered that whoever lived here before me stuffed foil paper in a hole underneath my cabinet to keep the roaches from running out. I love my garage but the button only works from the inside if i click it a certain way. I have at least 10 work orders that have been put in none have been fixed. They charge us for extermination but you have to call to be put on the list, when they should just automatically come since its written inside of the lease. Only time the maintenance makes a urgency to come fix things is if you call housing and even then its a patch job. Ive pulled my fridge out and roaches also live in the back of there and the outlet. Apartment complex looks nice to the eye but looks can be deceiving."
"I been living here for 6 months and I am very happy to live here. I want to thank Mrs Liz for all the help with our process and to Mrs Veronica. The guys at the maintenance are GREAT!! Mr Jorge is very good and understanding and he will make sure your work orders are done! Unfortunately some residents won’t be as clean to Throw away their trash “inside” the dumpsters, but the Maintenance crew always gets on it and makes sure it’s clean for all of us to live.
I highly recommend anyone to come and live here. I love the community bc I love to see kids playing outside and not in their electronics. I take my son to the park so he can interact with others too. ❤️❤️
If you are in doubt to live here, i encourage you to apply! You will love it!

"The staff is really nice and pretty flexible. The only big issue is the crime and maintenance. I’ve been here for almost 5 yrs and I’ve had to fix just about everything myself and I Dnt get reimbursed for it. My kitchen sink leaked for months until I got fed up with it over flowing in my kitchen and replaced the sink myself. I had to get my own door bell. The guest bathroom leaked until the downstairs neighbor had housing inspection and the housing inspector had to go tell the office to fix it after I kept complaining. My fridge went out and no one replaced or fixed it so I had to go purchase my own fridge ( I was never compensated for all the food I had to throw away) I didn’t have a working oven for over a year, bought a new stove myself. My dishwasher quit working. My ac hasn’t worked right in 3 yrs and I’m told it’s bc the way my apt faces (in the sun) My apt is at least 85 degrees in the summer and the AC is set on 65 (on ON not auto so my light bill is at least 650$) I had a roach problem I had to buy all the stuff to get rid of them myself. My mom had a roach and mouse problem and I paid over 500$ to get rid of them. The pool hasn’t been open since I moved here. I was cheated out of a 200$ referral credit the company never gave it to me. Nothing has been fixed on the paper they give u to fill out when u move in. And I pay regular rent I’m not on housing. But u get the amount of SQ ft and a garage for what you pay."
