"Parklane Fulshear is located central to many shopping areas and their staff is fantastic. I have lived here for 3 years and would love to renew but due to job relocation I must move on. Lorena is the best!!! Always helpful on all matters. You will be missed. Happy holidays !!’"
"I lived at Parklane Fulshear for about two years and I have to say I absolutely loved staying here. This is a beautiful community very clean their amenities are some of best. I never heard of an apartment complex that has a bowling alley, indoor basketball court, and a movie theater. Not to mention the swimming pool with bbq grills by the pool was definitely a plus. If you put in a work order maintenance always corrected the issue within a 24 hr period and the office staff were very polite and always maintained professionalism. If I didn’t recently purchased a house I would definitely still be a tenant this place deserves more than 5 stars"

Not only it has very nice free facility like pool, gym, theater, club, conference room, etc. but not has a very professional team, I have got understanding and help by Lorena and Jacklyn for 2 cases due to my cause.
