"CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP
It is sad that nothing has been resolved since my last review. In fact things have gotten much WORSE. If you are considering moving here, believe EVERY SINGLE one star review this place has, including the gas lighting. The leasing agent and assistant manager will help you zero percent of the time, the manager is almost never in the office to help resolve issues. From the fences not being fixed since hurricane Beryl, to their predatory practices of getting cars towed because of their continuous postponing of the revamp for the parking system. They continue to have zero solutions for people who are getting towed. I also could not use the pool the ENTIRE summer. I can go on and on about the issues but the one star reviews speak for themselves. Last night, as I got home from work a notice was posted on to the door of the office showing the violations FROM THE CITY that this apartment complex needs to fix. Along with the fence issues, this notice makes me incredibly worried for my safety at this apartment complex. PLEASE let this notice be a warning not to move here.

Gym not as advertised. First was my key was not working to get inside. I was misled by the leasing office that told me my key would work but she clearly did not really know if it actually worked. Then once we got inside none of the machines worked, the condition of the machines were trashed. I do not know how they didn’t notice that their equipment was trashed with maintenance men walking in and out of it."
"Horrible apartments. Staff in office has been rude plenty of times before when I just try to get help from them. No help or solution has ever been provided. They’re super nice to get you to rent then after, its horrible. Security gates mess up often but at this point security gates don’t even matter. Wooden fences have been down since the beginning of July 2024 and it’s now January 2025. That’s over 6 months of people walking on property breaking into cars and stealing packages. Yeah they have a security but just sits in his car in front of pool area. Drives around about twice a night and not safe. Some buildings are severely damaged and no signs of any repairs. They just threw plastic tarp over it. Cosmetically horrible. Parking is horrible and so unorganized. Will not be renewing lease unless major changes happen."
"Maintenance requests at this property are not taken seriously. They want you to rely on using a portal for maintenance requests yet they are not aware of them or my request is not a priority to them. My A/C has not been working for 3 days now and we all know how the heat in Houston is. It’s 88 degrees outside right now. I put in a request 3 days ago spoke to someone the day before yesterday and yet I am still sitting here in a hot apartment. Now if my rent was late 3 days there would be a problem. Fortunately my rent is never late. I would understand if there was some communication on their part to inform me maintenance is busy someone will be there today tomorrow but nothing. This is the 3rd time I have had an issue with A/C here and I haven’t even been here a year yet. Definitely considering moving once my lease is up. I don’t understand I did my part I put two requests I showed up to the office I have been polite so now I’m forced to stay home and wait until they feel like coming by when I have matters to take care of because I need my A/C working. No one wants to sit around it a hot apartment that they pay rent on time the full amount every time. There are no rent specials here at least I was not informed about them. So to others out there think hard if this is something you want to deal with. I will update this whenever the office and maintenance coordinate themselves and get my request filled."
"I regret I moved here and will not recommend this place to anyone. The front desk girls are sometimes nice and passive nice nasty. Maintenance comes to fix things when they want or not at all. People stay to themselves but don't care about where they live. Parking is a joke small spots and apts do not take responsibility for anything that happens to your belongings even when it's their fault. A murder happened here and did not inform residents. I found this out from a few residents after moving in. The gates are still not fixed from Beryl. A/C went out and it took couple days to come fix. I see why there's so many specials that's not really specials. When you move in then you see all the issues why they have all vacancies. The office staff don't give a damn about the residents fake nice in your face. If you're ok with these things then this is place to be. I'll be leaving soon."
"About: Misinformation & Scam & Thief Activity
I've been living here for about four months. I was assisted by Kayla Reyna and I can see why there's so many bad reviews about this leasing agent. To start off, she didn't explain that 6 weeks free actually means 6 weeks divided within however long you choose to stay. Example: choose 13 months, get 850÷13=64.00. That's how much is discounted from actual rent every month, it's rent minus $64.00 monthly, not six weeks free. She didn't even bother explaining that in the beginning till we had issues with our first time paying rent. May 22nd I received my keys and we counted six weeks IN FRONT OF HER and we proceed to ask if our first payment is July BECAUSE OF THE 6 WEEKS FREE. She agreed TWICE with husband then I, and then we heard her say July 1st as well. Either she doesnt know her months or she didn't listen but at the end of the day she MISINFORMED US. June 1st comed around and we have to pay $1,050. We understood where most of that was charged for. However, Kayla could only extend the time of when our June rent was due. THEN, our TRUCK GETS TOWED. When we first did paperwork she proceeded to say that there was going to be a new parking system I don't remember but she assured us the truck wouldn't be towed. AGAIN we confirmed with her TWICE husband and I , she proceeds and tells us to sign some papers so she can put the truck in their system. The truck gets towed like THREE WEEKS in of us living here and the reason being was for “not having a permit”, this was really upsetting because there's a sign on the gate also saying that your license plate is your permit. THE ONLY FAIR thing to do is to reimburse me but Kayla said y'all don't do that. How can y'all not if it was her fault? We got the truck at 4AM, STILL HAVING TO GO TO WORK AT 5AM. Kayla said she would figure something out but it's been too long for her to not figure something out by now. The towing company also sent proof of how our truck was never in their system to not get towed. Kayla never registered our truck to not get towed, yet she assured us it wouldn't get towed. It's giving me scam vibes and y'all are taking advantage of new people here. Someone needs to resolve this ASAP , never have I seen staff be so unreliable and unprofessional.
Now the thief activity has nothing to do with me but the day that our neighbors backlights were stolen, security was present. It was around 2:40am coming home and we noticed the backlights out, security was present literally in front of the office but he doesn't ever care. He's always either ON THE PHONE, SLEEPING, OR TALKING WITH A MATE IN PERSON. I once got in line to come inside my apt and there was literally FOUR cars without a gate card in front of me, which he allowed ALL in after I went in without asking them any questions. We told him he should ask questions at this time because it's late and like I just mentioned, our neighbors backlights were just stolen. There was also a car driving around the apartment complex for about three days with loud music around 11pm-2am and security was present for two of those nights. With this hurricane leaving the wooden gates on the side opened, anyone can easily come in and he will never know because he just stays in one spot all night. He doesn't even walk around and if he does it's to one corner that's it."
