"This was one of the best apartments I have ever had. The maintenance men were absolutely fantastic and friendly. We would love to live there again in the future if we needed to!"
"I have been a tenant here at Cinco Ranch for the last 3 years. The two reasons I moved here was because it was close to the high school that my kids go to and the complex has a hot tub. I really enjoy the cleanliness of the property and the residents have become a close community of friend here. The office staff is great to work with very not only knowledgeable about the property but their greatest asset is Tia, she goes above and beyond at the property. Also, the maintenance staff these two guys have been so helpful and careful around my home and the property. Needless to say I will be renewing my lease for sure."
"I have just moved from a single-bed to a double-bed apartment. Even though the move was stressful with many things to deal with, Antoine and Raul at the office assisted with the process, making it easy and convenient for me. Great service, and thank you!"
"The community Palms at Cinco Ranch is a great place for living, I've been here for 3 years, great school ISD for kids. The pool & grill is currently upgraded. Raul & Antoine at the office are always helpful with services."
"Overpriced for no reason. Dated apartments, cheap appliances, and substandard amenities.
The "state of the art gym" is about the size of my living room.
Low quality and cheap appliances. The sink is so small that I can't even wash pots comfortably.
Poorly built. I can hear the upstairs neighbors' conversations.
Poorly kept grounds. Trash everywhere.
Nobody at the front office most of the time.
Disorganized staff and poor communication. You are required to pay at Walmart for your first months rent, which was never disclosed until after the lease was signed. So I did, then a week later I get a call from the front office while I'm overseas stating that I'm past due which was not the case at all. Turns out that they were calling the wrong apartment.
The apartment was dirty when handed to me; which was reported to management twice and I received no response.
The only good thing is the attached garage."
