"Lived here 3 years….as of the entrance of Chelsea the property manager this complex has gone completely downhill. Rats- at the pool. Disgusting hallways…all gates and doors broken. Dust and cobweb everywhere. Leasing agent/ front desk Bianca B leaves a review for the complex and she WORKS HERE! Please do not believe the fake reviews. Elevator has been out since February 2024. Ms Chelsea is the best at talking you into circles with no real conclusive answers. She works as a property manager for the neighboring sister property Charleston and also Fannin Station….she can not even manage one. The place is filthy. Car tires taken….every single door leading to in doors of the property is broken. Multiple apartments are available as everyone is leaving!!!"
"I have lived here for 2 years. I have to say it okay at first but then some things started not to be addressed like the very dirty hallways. I have brought it to the attention of management a few times with no response. And sent a email with pictures. The hallways are filthy. There are spills from trash and dog poop at times. The manager said when she first came several months ago she was going to have hallways power washed but that has not happened. The turnover in the office has been high. I am not sure why these hallways can’t be cleaned properly. I did also have my patio chairs stolen several months ago. I live on the first floor. So beware if you live on the first floor of things you put on your patio. There are very very loud loud pool parties on the weekends.
But I don’t live right by the pool. But if you want to have a quiet peaceful time at the pool you can forget it on the weekends. And it flooded inside when hurricane Beryl came through. Water also seeps under the apartments when heavy rains come. I sent the flooding problem to management as well with no response."
"I have had the best experience with the staff! Bianca and Chelsey are amazing. The day I moved in ( 8/30 ), there was a town hall meeting, and everything Chelsey said she was going to do, she made happen. The gates are fixed, the elevators are working, and the communication via text and activity builder is consistent. There hasn't been a time that I did not know what was going on maintenance-wise at the property.
The property is clean. Unfortunately, the staff cannot police everyone with a pet however, they have made improvements to make sure the property is clean. Cleanliness is also up to those with pets by using the facilities that are provided by the property. There is a dog park, and bags available to pick up after your pets. I can honestly say this has been a pleasurable experience thus far!"
"I only put one star because I couldn’t submit it with zero. This apartment complex is a complete joke. Whether it’s the constant excruciatingly loud smoke alarms going off at 3am on a weekday. Or the rodent infestation that’s plaguing the entire building. The Orleans at Fannin Station is a dump. They don’t pick up the trash routinely and have the nerve to charge you for leaving it in the designated pick up area?! (That’s probably what’s leading to the mice in the hallways) The entry gates are constantly broken, dumpsters are left in random parking spaces, packages are stolen routinely. This past summer, all the elevators were out of service for multiple months. And the leasing manager explanation to me was “the situation is above my control”. Wtf does that even mean?! Considering how high the rent is, you would think that hospitality and attentiveness by the staff would be a given. But that’s simply not the case, management and its entirety has been replaced at least 3 times in the length of lease term. I’m finally out of here and good riddance. Would never recommend signing a lease to live here…and I feel sorry for my former neighbors who are waiting for the time to expire and they can move out."
"Everyone in the leasing office is very helpful. I have lived here for a while and I’ve had little to no issues, even if I do they are always resolved. Thank you Bianca for catering to my needs today, and I will be staying here until I’m able to get a home. I love my apartment and I get many compliments, I have a wonderful view as well."
