Every time I have a question about my rent,apartment or anything related to the property,
They respond with a level of enthusiasm I haven’t seen in years . You can clearly see their eagerness to help with the dedication it takes to satisfy my questions in a timely manner.
With this type of service, I can see myself living here for years.

"I would not recommend living at Opal at Baker Cypress. My experience was extremely disappointing due to several issues that management failed to address properly.
First, the rent is exorbitantly high compared to the quality of service and living conditions provided. Despite paying a premium, the apartment surroundings were poorly maintained. One recurring issue was dog poop being left in front of my patio entrance, which management never resolved. Instead of addressing it proactively, they advised me to sit outside and catch the individual responsible—a completely unreasonable and ineffective solution.
The amenities were another significant disappointment. The pool, for example, was frequently unavailable. Management claimed this was due to outsiders parking in the complex and using the facilities, but no effective measures were taken to resolve this, leaving residents unable to enjoy the advertised benefits.
Overall, my experience at Opal at Baker Cypress was frustrating and fell far short of expectations. Poor management, high rent, and a lack of accountability for maintaining the property made living here a regrettable decision.
If you're considering moving in, I strongly suggest exploring other options that offer better value and management."

"I moved here in July and absolutely love it! The property is beautiful, maintenance is fast and kind, and the management is unbeatable. They have always helped whenever needed and even helped me get reimbursed quickly after a friend was mistakenly towed. Cori and the front office are always kind and make the troubles of living in an apartment MUCH easier. 10/10 recommend!"
