"Everyone who works at Novel makes it a great place to live. All the maintenance including things like carpet cleaning, painting are done with thought and planning. From the concierge desk to the security, everything runs seemingly effortlessly but I know there is much effort put into it. I also appreciate that the management team spent time organizing a St. Jude fundraiser and the Food Bank donation. The facilities are excellent and beautifully maintained. It is a great place to live."
"I recently moved into Novel, and the experience has been awesome! Isabella, made the leasing process smooth and straightforward, and was always available to help with any questions I had. Anne, the Assistant Manager, was great too, making sure everything was handled for my move-in.
I’m really happy with my apartment it’s spacious, modern, and well-designed. The quality finishes and thoughtful layout make it a great place to call home. If you’re looking for a place that combines a great apartment with a quality team to help maintain it, I highly recommend checking out Novel!"
"The apartments are lovely with good quality finishes. There are 24/7 security, valet and concierge services. The amenities are ample, with roof top pool, gymnasium, map room, sky lounge, bbq areas, game room and etc. The best part are the people working here. They are all exceptionally helpful and pleasant from the front desk, maintenance to the leasing agents especially Sonia and Christopher. Thank you for making this place a lovely home to come back to every time."
"I lived here for 2 years and although it is pricey it is the best place i’ve ever lived! Money well spent. Great security and clean amenities. Security was a huge thing for me and I felt so beyond safe here. Such a great place to call home. My moving out situation was a little tricky as it was all done from a different state, but the leasing and concierge were extremely flexible and helpful. Made the process way less stressful. If I come back to Houston, this will always be my home."
"Novel River Oaks has been nothing short of amazing. The prime location and accessibility to Houston’s most coveted area is unbeatable. The apartment itself has gorgeous features and finishes such as high ceilings, marble countertops, and premium lighting. The closet space is HUGE (impossible to find these days!!) The staff is so friendly and remarkable. Concierge is also very accommodating. Not to mention the all the amenity spaces that can be reserved are all gorgeous and perfect for entertaining and there is ample parking for guests. It’s also so wonderful with all the resident events they put together. Honestly 10/10, hands down best place I’ve ever lived in Houston so far!"
