"This was the best place I could have ever chosen to live! I lived in Modera for 18 months and just recently moved out. My experience here was nothing but amazing. The community is fantastic and feels extremely safe. It shares the property with LifeTime fitness, which is a huge plus! The property itself is beautiful and has great amenities, but the best thing about it is the community. Most times, you move to a property and that’s it because you don’t really interact with anyone but it is different here. Everyone here is very friendly, hangs out around the front office or lobby areas, so it’s impossible to not make friends. Lastly, the staff is amazing. The maintenance team is relatable and quick. Every single leasing agent does a great job and is super welcoming. The 2 managers Melissa and Kelly are the nicest and best people ever! This was an extremely well run property and it’ll always be special! It’s a 10/10 and I hope the property stays that may with the support of the parent company :). Sad to be leaving but you won’t regret the location and perks of this place."

I was on of the first residents moved to Modera Six Pines, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, with modern finishes and ample natural light. I particularly love the open floor plan and the spacious kitchen—perfect for entertaining! The amenities are top-notch, including a stunning pool, a well-equipped gym, and cozy outdoor lounges.
The location is unbeatable. Being close to shopping, dining, and parks makes it easy to enjoy the best of what the area has to offer. Plus, the community events they host foster a great sense of camaraderie among residents.
Overall, Modera Six Pines has exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant community with a touch of luxury!

"Good location, but be careful not to be misled by appearance/ the outwardly beautiful glass lobby with high ceilings and trendy amenities. This review is a reflection of my personal opinion over my 1 ½ year experience here, of mold and frequent water leaks in the unit I occupied:
Within weeks of moving to Modera Six Pines, (October 2022), (being among the first few tenants), in this brand new building (at the time), I wrote a sincere, highly complimentary, 5-star review. As noted in that review, I have lived in several luxury high-rise buildings in various cities, including New York and Los Angeles. Since then, based on my 1 ½ year experience of residing there, my opinion has completely reversed. I can truthfully say, that in all the places I have lived, Modera Six Pines stands out, as being most troublesome. In fact, all others were very enjoyable.
Since relocating nearby (a couple months ago), from Modera, to a property far superior, (and this time with a professional, caring and respectful senior management team), I felt compelled to document this brief account of a few highlights from my personal experience as a tenant at Modera Six Pines. The primary purpose of this review is to provide future prospective tenants, (who value the benefit of reading beyond those 5-star reviews), with access to this unbiased account.
Like many other reviewers who praise this complex for its location, outward aesthetics, etc., I was also grossly misled by the facade. While the comments made here are fully representative of my own experience and my own personal opinion, as the building started to gain more occupancy near the corner unit in which I resided, I have been made aware by more than a few of my surrounding neighbors who have similar, (albeit in several very sad instances), worst accounts of their own occupancy while in this building. Some who come to mind are still residents there, and remain under obligation to comply with the terms of the lease, or incur an enormous penalty for being set free.
I could give a lengthy account of my experience at this place, with videos and pictures to support the veracity of the statements made. That will be better suited elsewhere, but suffice it to say that, (starting within 35 days of initial occupancy), due to the discovery of a massive amount of mold in the kitchen area, which required the removal of the refrigerator, pantry and ½ of kitchen cabinetry to begin remediation, loss of the use of my kitchen and adjacent dining and living rooms, and the need to vacate the unit for slightly over one month.
For many months to follow), subsequent multiple water leaks from the ceiling, the frequent sound of water leaking from behind the kitchen counters, (up to the day of moving out), in my opinion, this place falls far short of being a luxury building. Note: There were multiple occurrences of water leaking from the bathrooms of various units above, (both before the units above were occupied, and after) directly into my kitchen.
Speaking only for the outwardly “beautiful” corner unit that I occupied, in my opinion, the unit infrastructure was very poorly constructed, with grossly inferior building materials combined with incompetent plumbing workmanship. After remediation, the spot paint jobs never matched the original color in the unit.
The first review included a preponderance of facts that should have provided management with more than adequate information to ascertain exactly which tenant wrote it. But, according to management’s response, they seem to be confused as to who I am, or may have so many tenants who are undergoing the exact same misfortunes.
