"If this place was another block further from the Bayou it wouldn’t be worth living in. They have valet trash but nobody follows the rules so there is trash in the hall. They use a 3rd party delivery system for all packages and they constantly get lost. While I live there my motorcycle was stolen and they had my car towed, despite being registered. When my dish washer broke I waited a week to fix it, when I called to ask when it would be fixed I was told it wasn’t a priority and was asked if my sink was broken too. The mail boxes were getting broken into fairly frequently as well. There are dogs off leash and there is a lot of dog feces that doesn’t get picked up."
"Great property and extremely customer focused leasing agents. I had the pleasure of working with Tim A. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He made the rental experience a positive one. I also met the property manager Maya who shared the same qualities! This is a great place to live and a great group of people to work with!

"I’ve lived here for a few months now and I can say that not only the management has been amazing and attentive but the workers like Mr. Jose Velez are also great at problem solving in a timely manner. Maya makes the atmosphere of living here a community with fun ways to socialize and celebrate all kids of holidays and events! She’s great at knowing her neighbors and staying connected to her tenants :)"
"Not one to write google reviews, let alone negative reviews but I am at a loss here. A
Just moved in and while my initial experience was generally okay, it got worse once we moved in. At my wits end now and desperate for ANYONE to respond. First, I was called the wrong name in one of my email communications with the leasing agent we were working with. EMAIL communication where you can literally see the individual who emailed. I let that go because fine, mistakes happen. On move in day, we came to an agreement the time we’d pick up the keys, which was communicated through email with the leasing agent we were working with. When we came into pick up our keys, the leasing agent we were working with was not there, and the agent that was there, was not aware of our arrival. We were with him for one hour while he worked with us to get everything set up and our leasing agent did not show up within that entire time frame. Again, I let that go because maybe she had an emergency and couldn’t show up. We were told every unit has fiber connection, and that’s what we were wanting to go with. At&T guy came to install the connection and couldn’t find the fiber connection. I called the front office and they did some checking and said to look behind the faceplates (which they did and didn’t find). Another technician came out a couple days later (on a Friday) to see if they’d get better luck and did not find the fiber connection. I spoke with the property manager later that day and she told me that they’d have someone come out either that day (Friday) or the next business day (Monday) to see if they could help find the fiber connection. Monday, we went into the main office to make sure they would still be coming to troubleshoot. They said yes. By 3 pm Monday, no one came. So we called again. They said by 7pm. No one came. At this point, I emailed and discussed my frustration. It is now Tuesday after business hours and I have not gotten ANY communication regarding any updates OR anybody to come out to troubleshoot.
We just moved in, we just want to settle in and get things squared away. I can’t believe this is how they treat new tenants."
