"Super bad property office lacks professional people in the front office management never to be found , health wise they have mold in their air system trash all outside . Electrical problems since day one on the same unit that had burned down and caught fire just a terrible experience living in some apartment you move in thinking they would be nice for the price range but are actually terrible for the fact that management can never do anything to help or at the fact manager never in property"
"Was interested in renting here, called the week prior and went in to view an apartment. I was told to go in Friday, which I did. I get there and they say oh come back Monday it's being cleaned. Call Monday to ask if I'm able to view and "oh, it's already taken." They must've applied before looking, yet you didn't give me that option. Sounds like they were saving it for someone, which whatever fine but tell me that and don't just waste my time. And APRIL, decided to give attitude. Real professional."

"I appreciate the London Belle apartment staff. From the very pleasant nice office ladies to the maintenance personnel. Even though the London Bell apartments complex is an old complex it is very well maintained quiet, peaceful and I feel very safe as a single person. Whenever I would turn in a maintenance issue with my apartment it was fixed within hours or the next day. But what has really made me appreciate where I live is how they treat their residence. I fell and broke my foot and being single it has caused some issues. The ladies in the front office have been so pleasant nice helpful for anything that I need and as always checking on me. I highly recommend the London Belle apartments you will not be disappointed."
"Watch out for these people! I was trying to move into a place that a friend of mine had wanted to take over. I never signed the lease and had been upfront and open with them from the beginning. Next thing I know today I see that last month they say that I owe them $2,200 in back rent pay yet it's a complete lie and I'm disputing it. I don't know how they would have gotten away with this unless they forged my signature that I had used on my application. They seemed really sweet and genuine at the office as well as upfront and personable but obviously this is a terrible sign. Also it said that the leasing agreement was a joint account. That's just not true since my friend who I was going to take over the lease for wasn't even able to be a part of any signing of a lease. You guys did me dirty"
