"I never received my final account statement when I moved out. I dropped off the keys and a final utility bill check to the front office. When I contacted them a few days later to resolve any outstanding debt, I was told that I would be contacted but did not receive any letter, phone call, or email. A month ago I receive a letter from debt collectors saying that I owed a certain amount. I double check and saw that my check was cashed from when I moved out. The amount stated was incorrectly reported to the credit collections agency. I notified the apartment complex and they said that they would send me a new revised final account statement and update the collections agency. This was a month ago and now it damaged my credit with the old amount showing. I was never given a chance to resolve this and I refused to pay the wrong amount when they had already taken money from me. I want this off of my credit report and compensation for the emotional distress that this situation has caused me. Small claims court here I come."
"My family and I lived here almost 2 years and these apartments were nice and quiet. The work orders take a little long but they do only have one maintenance man, there was never any issue with rodent infestation or anything. The apartments are a nice start for something simple and quiet."
"For the past 2 weeks our dryer has been broken from the inside causing our clothes to rip and have holes. We contacted Paula on Saturday August 5 about this situation. Maintenance came on Monday 8/8 and took pictures only to say it’s not repairable it needs to get replaced. She told my fiancé by Wednesday it should resolved. On Thursday I went wanting to touch base but apparently no order had been placed, insisted a new dryer was need but need approval. Nothing was handled that day much less a solution. I’ve asked to be reimbursed for the laundry mat and she sarcastically chucked. Paula used the another tenants problem about their AC not working stating “ If we can’t reimburse them for hotel stays ect , why would we accommodate you. It’s not an emergency issue”
We are still here today 8/21 with no type of update. All last week she wasn’t in the office or left early. I hope corporate can see this and maybe get the ball rolling. I know if rent was short or if we had damaged anything they would want it resolved quickly and effectively."
"I enjoyed my experience here, I lived her for I believe 18months.
It is a small apartment complex, it was very quiet, I believe I only saw the police 2 times and one was for some updates that the complex was doing. They had community events, but I didn't attend.
They do go through management quite often, but they were very nice.
Maintenance comes when possible as they normally have 1 full time maintenance person on staff so You may have to ask a few times and request via the website but they will come.
They were updating the door locks, AC controls, and some light switches when I was leaving that seemed to work well and be convenient.
I believe the rooms, bathrooms, and closets are a nice size.
Also check for mold as that started to be an issue for me after the 1st year.
The dog park has a few holes that need to be fixed and some people do not clean their dogs poop.
Don't forget to have your guess register their cars or they will get towed.
The apartments are hidden but coming onto the main street 1960 can be dangerous and there are a lot of accidents at the four way stop so be careful.
Again I enjoyed living here and I hope You will to."
"I have been here for 5 years and they increased my rent $75 to $100 every year. I could not keep up with the increase in rent and the month before I completed the contract they gave me an eviction notice. I got all my stuff out except my storage unit. Because the storage unit door could not be opened without breaking the door to enter it. I was told if I damage the door I will be charged with vandalism. Even though they have to eventually open the door anyway they took over $10,000 worth of grow equipment from me. This is after the judge told me they would have to return my property. I even wrote on me court paperwork that I was signing under duress. This place is a SCAM!"
