"I’m moving soon so I’m going to go ahead and give a transparent review . These are “cheap” apartments meaning “you get what you pay for” .. The HOT water reviews you see ? BELIEVE THEM !! The HOT water NEVER works !! The 3.5 years I’ve been staying at this complex they always had issues with that ,and what do they do about it ? Get some cheap plumber to come fix it for a week or two ,and then the same situation continues without notice . Literally the last 8-6 months here I’ve been without hot water ,but I’m so used to it I just didn’t say anything and when I did the maintenance didn’t (couldn’t because the issue is beyond him) fix the problem . And it’s funny because when you don’t pay your rent by the 3rd they’re quick to put eviction notices on your door ,but we can’t even get consistent HOT water like a normal running complex ?? “The fitness room” is a complete joke and the pool is not appealing and small ,also everyone lets their dog sh*t all on the sidewalk and grass ,so watch where you step .. And lastly they have a bit of roach problem here too so yeah .
Pros:
This place is relatively quiet from sun up to sun down ,the maintenance team is overall good ,and all the neighbors I’ve had were cool ."
"I have been living here for a year now and I love it here. I still haven’t had an issue.
The office manager and the other 2 ladies at the office are super attentive and always treat you with kindness and respect. Their sense of urgency to have everything working and running is amazing."
"Don’t recommend at all. Management is rude. Maria is nice 1/5 times. Plumbing issues all the time! They also love to act like they are some high end midtown apartment complex or something with very dumb restrictions. A few more months for my lease to be over thank God."
"Me and my husband have been here living since February 2023 and we have had a Great experience. The staff is bilingual and super nice. Anytime we need something they are willing to assist and give clarification. Maria is my to go person and I really appreciate her for all her dedication and patience. Thank you Maria!"
"If I can give this place a HUGE 0 I would. If you want to live with no hot water come to this place! I can’t stand being here, the hot water hasn’t been working and supposedly they turn it on for a couple of hours when they don’t. They been trying to fix this issue for the longesttt!!!! But yeah so quick to write warning letters for the dumbest things. Cant wait for my lease to be over!!!!!!"
