"We’ve lived here since July, at first we really enjoyed it! The pool was awesome, the neighbors were nice, we never had any issues parking, no problems with the unit itself! The staff was nice and always seemed to be quick to respond to any issues. Unfortunately the standards slipped and now the community is running to the ground. The hallways all smell like weed, the gates are constantly being left open so individuals who don’t belong to the community can just walk in, the gates are always broken due to the carelessness of the tenants. There’s screaming and yelling happening in units all the time. You can hear it walking to your car. I’ve never had any issues with roaches but recently since the buildings have been filled I’ve seen multiple in my unit alone. The parking is a nightmare, if you come home late at night good luck you might have to risk parking in an electric spot and possibly getting towed or you might have to park up by the office and hope to make it to your building safely. Many units have multiple cars, project cars, motorcycles etc. The staff is constantly sending out emails but when you rent to careless tenants those emails won’t help. Spending $2400 a month to see cars on bricks, having to walk across the complex at 2am alone while randoms are wondering around, and hearing every little movement your neighbors make is absolutely not worth the money.
Noted: we do have an officer on property, I’m sure he’s great! But it doesn’t seem to have stopped the crime."
"I recently relocated to the Katy area after leaving in 2018, feels great to be where it feels like home. Before coming to the area I did my research on all the complexes around and Lenox Katy Crossing was the best option for me because of space, location and price. To be honest I just needed to do a quick tour to the apartment to finish my application and Damien helped me with the process, he was really nice about it. One of my concerns was the noise from the highway due to proximity but really that’s not even an issue. The complex is also quiet and with easy access to many things if you are like me that doesn’t like to drive too much to do ordinary things. I hope this review helps on your decision!"
"1. Yes its worth it. Rent cost is not just for the great space but also safety, location, and environment.
2. Management is great. Alex is the one who helped me move in and has been the one I always go to, and she along with James and Alanna are great. Never had a single issue and have in fact only seen positives from everyone.
3. When management says they will take care of something, they mean it. They are hard workers and very reasonable.
4. The space is great! It’s a pretty new complex and I love it!"
"As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by the modern features of the complex, as well as the great customer service we experienced with Hollie. She was willing to help us (even though we didn’t have an appointment). She was friendly, efficient and professional. We told her we were looking for something quick and that we were ready to move in ASAP. And when I tell you guys she is very good at her job…she had us in our new apartment within 3 business days! -and we got a cute welcome basket-. We are so happy with our new space and continue to feel welcomed by Hollie whenever we take a trip to the front desk."

From the moment I walked in, the friendly and professional staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The leasing agent (Alanna) who guided me was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to answer all my questions and provide detailed information about the property.
The apartment itself was stunning. It featured modern amenities, high-quality finishes, and a well-thought-out layout that maximized space and comfort. The natural light streaming through the large windows added a warm and inviting ambiance to each room.
The community amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center was spacious and well-equipped, and the pool area felt like a luxurious resort.
Overall, the tour exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent customer service, beautiful living spaces, and top-notch amenities makes this apartment complex a standout choice. I highly recommend scheduling a tour to experience it for yourself!
