"It's pretty quiet here. Needs a little improvement. The lawn isn't nice. The company they use they doesn't do a good job. I've seen better at other apartments. The bushes need to be replaced in some areas. Lots of pressure washing needs to be done. The pool area needs it as well."
"My boyfriend & I moved in a few weeks ago & we LOVE it! Our unit is very spacious & looks & smells brand new. I’m not sure how they do it but I haven’t heard my neighbors from the sides or from above. The amenities are amazing with a huge gym & a lot of different activities for us & our guests to enjoy. I feel very safe here from the outside & the inside. The leasing staff is so wonderful & have addressed my concerns immediately no matter how small. They truly care about their tenants & the experience we have living here. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe & beautiful place for their family."
"Me, my husband and our dog have been living in this complex for almost 4 months. During this time, all our requests to the company office were heard. If you want to live in a clean, new, fresh apartment, then this is the place for you! No cockroaches or unpleasant smell from the ventilation, we really like this apartment. There is a large and very functional seating area, lots of grilling. Excellent, new and large gym with good equipment. We don’t really like the fact that there are very few trees on the territory of the complex and there is a catastrophic lack of greenery. The complex is located next to a large road and more trees and bushes can be planted. For your animals there are all the conditions for an excellent stay: a large walking area, your own grooming center."
"The leasing agent Angel is very nice and helpful. I moved in on 9/20 and I really like my apartment and the property. It’s very peaceful and the location is close to stores and restaurants and the highway.
Angel is very nice! whenever I have gone to the office about something that needs to be repaired, he does a work order for me and gets it taken care of.quickly."
"My family and I moved here couple of days ago. So far we are loving every bit of it. We have all the amenities you could ask for, from dog park and wash, bbq, pools, gym and many more. My apartment home was full of natural lightning and cozy homelike feeling. Bonus that it’s brand new so we are the first one to live here. Let me not forget my amazing leasing agent Angel O. He was so warm and inviting and was able to assist and answer all my questions. I let him know my wants and needs and he led me to my dream apartment home. He’s also knowledgeable and willing to assist me and it made our move so much easier. Thanks Angel O."
