"I am LOVING living here! It has been just about 4 months and I have enjoyed it. The staff are always so helpful and accommodating. I love the community events they host for residents. The amenities and shared spaces are amazing. The gym has great machines and workout tools. The pool area is so serene. My apartment is very spacious. Needless to say, I’m very pleased with my decision to move here!"

"Fantastic place to live. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are top notch, the gym is extremely modern. Shared areas are always clean and tidy and look great. There is a small park with a pond and a few trails to walk around 1 minute from the building, There are lots of parking spaces for those with cars. I would highly recommend these apartments, as they are modern and spacious, and the staff cannot do enough to help the residents. Highly recommended."
"I’ve only really been here for 2 weeks. This place is obviously clean and quiet given it’s brand new but my only concern is that the flooring is thin and the person above me does not have carpet so I can hear people marching on top of my head even though I know they aren’t doing that on purpose. I can also heard the dog running around above my head as well. But I don’t have any major issues"
"For months we’ve been looking for an apartment closer to work and visited sooo many but we’re so glad we chose Ivy Lofts! We fell in love with the place from the moment we set foot on the property. It’s so new, and clean, and just perfect for our family! The amenities are top-notch! The pool, fitness center, the lounge, and the location are unbeatable! The shared spaces are well-maintained and always kept clean and the concierge is always responsive. There’s a nice park outside too! It truly feels like home already.
A huge shoutout to Melissa, the incredible community manager, who made the entire process seamless. We had a challenging application, but Melissa went above and beyond to assist us every step of the way. She’s warm and incredibly helpful and made us feel like family. We’re so grateful for her!
The ladies at the office also took care of us when we moved in and it was a breeze! Shoutout to Yvonne and Damaris! Melissa’s team is just incredible! ❤️
