"I highly recommend Helix at Med Center! It is the cute, secure environment and the convenient location in the heart of the Medical Center.
A special shoutout to Rosemary, the manager, whose attentiveness and dedication truly set this place apart. She goes above and beyond to ensure the complex is well-maintained and residents are happy. It’s a pleasure working with her and being part of this community. If you’re considering a place in the Medical Center area, Helix is a fantastic choice!

"I've been living at Helix at Med Center for about 2 months, so far my experience has been nothing but fantastic, This complex has the best maintenance crew I've ever experienced! They are very attentive, and super fast with requests, I've never had to wait more than 2 week days for a request to be fulfilled.
Pros:
- amazing maintenance
- great amenities (pool, sauna, gym, two pond areas with seating, etc)
- apartment quality is on par with the asking price
Cons:
- Carpet in the gym is quite old, ripped up in a few areas
- Lots of smoking neighbors

"I lived at Helix at Med Center for 2 years. Overall the experience was good and I moved out with no issues. Cierra is a great assistant manager and great at resolving issues. Anytime I had a question or had an issue, she was quick to assist and worked with me when it came to any special requests. The maintenance staff are great as well. I would put in a request and within an hour or two, they would be knocking on my door to quickly resolve the issue. It was a quiet complex overall and very few issues within the community. My only two complaints would be the gym was pretty small and didn’t accommodate more than 3 people otherwise it would be very hard to get a good workout in & I felt like the property could’ve been kept up better when it came to the fountains and dog park. Otherwise I was very satisfied and would move back again."
"This place has roaches. I moved in three months ago (never having lived with roaches bf so no, they did not travel with me to my new apt) and I have called pest control to spray my apt twice now. I have barely moved in and I’m already looking at where else I can move to. Management has been polite on the issue but I’m getting the run around (“wait and see” vibe). Roaches don’t pay my rent so they’re not welcome. I’m not inviting them in by leaving crumbs or food out (even chips and bread are stored in the fridge), and I use Lysol to clean regularly. The only conclusion I can come to is this place is disgusting and they have a roach infestation. Not to mention the rat I saw crawling around in the dried up “pond” outside my window. Gross. Don’t waste your money here."
"The staff is nice, lived here for over a year. But recently the management style has changed and it seems that the complex has become hostile toward their tenants. The complex that took one month to change out my non-functioning toilet for a working one suddenly expects residents to unanimously register for a new parking system within a week during Thanksgiving. Won't be renewing my lease, thanks!"
