"I’ve lived here for over a year and have had no issues or complaints. The office is always very helpful and I enjoy the monthly calendar with community activities. I also love that they help support local food truck owners by allowing them to visit on certain nights. The area is nice, clean, and quiet. Having Walmart with in walking distance is amazing for last minute needs and HEB just down the road."
"Is been already over a year since I moved into The Haven and I have enjoyed living here. The community is well kept and peaceful. Also having a Wal-Mart and restaurants within walking distance is a great benefit of living here. The Office staff lead by Diana are great, any issues or requests I have are promptly tended to. Also a shout out to Francisco and Daniel in the maintenance department who go above and beyond to take care of the units. I would highly recommend the Haven to anyone looking to move here."
"Been a residence here for over 2 years and just recently renewed my lease , this is one of the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The office staff are exceptional and professional and always answer any questions that I have promptly, maintenance are fast and professional with a quick response the couple of times that I’ve had issues with my apartment. The complex is well kept and clean. I would recommend this community to any of my friends or family that need a place to live. Keep up the good work!!"

"I've been a resident here going on 4 years! This is the best apartment complex I've resided in and that's saying a lot. The staff and property manager, Diana are all very professional, friendly, courteous and just amazing!!! I love the changes they have made to our complex such as the food trucks, monthly family events, parking upgrades and newsletters. Thank you Haven @ Augusta!"
