"Everything was ok but i recommend nobody fxck with CLEO! She’s rude and inconsiderate we were having trouble and she laughed as we told her our problems as if near homelessness was a joke. They have played with my air conditioner 3 times since I’ve stayed there! This last week it was supposed to be fixed and it was only fixed for one day then they cut it off the next day so basically we went 2 weeks w out A/C, i have a special needs son who was already overstimulated due to having to move and pack in the heat! I tried being nice to make sure everything was clean when they came to retrieve the apt but it was so hot i packed and left now y’all have work to do! They had the nerve to tell us we had to hurry and get out but they never once fixed our air to be able to move as bad as they wanted us too. THEY WILL BEG FOR THEIR MONEY BUT THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP OR ACCOMMODATE THEIR RESIDENTS! Period! Do w that info as you please!"
"I have lived here for almost 2 years. At first they were amazing however I went 4 months this summer with no air conditioning they finally Jimmy rigged probably highly illegal put a temporary fix to get it cool. I've had a roof leak since July they finally addressed it yesterday Sept 3rd, 2024 absolutely nothing was done but yet this morning I get a email stating the maintenance is complete. Do not move here it's not safe for your health they only thing they care about is if you have anything on your patio."
"They don’t care about their community. They will have you without hot water for days and honestly could care less if we shower with hot water or not. They don’t compensate to make anything better. Cars are consistently being towed in visitors parking and they play dumb as off they didn’t call them. They offer no assistance in a timely manner! Like customers form the front office is ok depending on the person . Overall, they just want the check. They also have a mold problem that they also don’t care about."
