"The staff here is amazing! I walked in for a tour without an appointment, and they were happy to accommodate me. Although they didn’t have availability for my timeframe, I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for the future. Dina was fantastic and even gave me recommendations for things to do in the area."
"Ileana, Dena, Matt, Dameon and Cecile have been a great addition to the staff here. All of them are responsive, responsible and enjoyable to work with. I am not pleased with the company taking away our pin/keypad access. That is very frustrating. After living here for multiple years, I have grown accustom to not needing anything but that to access the building. My worry is that I will go outside late at night to walk my dog and not be able to get back in the building. I would also like to see the hallway carpet and walls in better shape consistently."
"I just moved into the Foundry and I really appreciated the office team's help when doing so. Before moving in, I was shown round twice by Ileana - who didn't mind me peppering her with loads of questions about everything to do with the property and area. She was complimentary on all whilst being realistic and honest, and after I had signed my lease, continued to help as I set everything up for move in. It has been a very nice experience so far"
"In my own experience, Apartment Complex is a 3.5/5, still many improvements needs to be done especially in keeping clean the carpets in the main hallways leading to the apartment units and elevators. The smell of dog (or pet) in elevators and some hallways areas is sometimes unbearable. Some extra charges (wrong charges) appears in the monthly bills, so I have been to keep an eye every month in order to get this numbers corrected. On the oder hand, the leasing office, especially Dina, have been always willing to help and trying to expedite any request with an enjoyable and positive attitude, especially the maintenance ones."
"Can someone tell me why Ileana is literally THE BEST?! I honestly don't know what her title is, but she manages that place like a boss. The building is not perfect, but she's such a bright spot, because whenever there's an issue needing fixing, she's on it, with a smile. Always helps when staff is friendly."
