"Very bad service, they have ornamental doors where supposedly only they can use it to go out, there are supposed to be doors so that they can be used not so that they are ornamental there, in addition to the fact that the staff is very bad, the air is not fixed immediately they fix it after 2 or 3 days."
"I lived here 17 years ago. The place had roaches then too. I had gone AWOL from a juvenile corrections home and needed a place to stay so my friends who had been renting one of the apartments here let me stay with them. I liked the whole ghetto part of this place. we had broken window pains. the AC was filthy but it worked. There was always tajano music playing. there was a flea market. You could work on your car in the parking lot. cool place if you ask me. I'd live there again. I don't really have much else to say about it other then its a great place to hide out."
"The pictures they post ARE NOT REAL or CURRENT. These apartments have no central AC - you have to get your own window AC because they are too cheap to fix the central air. They have no heat either - you have to get a space heater when you get cold. The staff are VERY rude and never in the office. Roaches are everywhere, none of the washer and dryers work. They tow people's cars all the time, sometimes even if they have a sticker. Finally, their application process has allowed MANY illegals to become approved. They are working with undocumented people and skipping many checks to get residency up.
The neighborhood isn't the best, I've seen people get mugged. DO NOT MOVE HERE!"
"These apartments just came out on the news for not being able to fix they’re tenants heaters after reports being made. Only after the news became aware of this and sent a city of Houston inspector to inspect this problem is something being done. If this had to happen to get that issue fixed what can you expect from management? If you’re looking to rent here stay away!"
"DO NOT LIVE HERE..... BUGS ARE EVERYWHERE... THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE STUPID LAZY AND RUDE... THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING THERE'S LIKE A 1 MONTH WAITING LIST BEFORE THEY DO FIX ANYTHING...THEY LET THE ILLEGAL LIVE 8 TO A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT BUT MY MOM COULDN'T STAY A WEEK ....95% ARE ILLEGAL THEY WILL WRITE YOU UP FOR ANYTHING AND GIVE YOU TICKETS FOR WHATEVER AMOUNT.. THEY OVER CHARGE FOR THE CARD TO WASH YOUR CLOTHES THE MACHINES DON'T WORK.. THE POOL SMELLS LIKE PEE IT'S ALWAYS DIRTY.. THEY CAN GO INTO YOUR APARTMENT WHENEVER THEY WANT.. THEY HAVE BIG TEXAS RATS EVERY TIME I TELL THEM THEY JUST GIVE ME TRAPS BUT THEY STOP GIVING ME TRAPS AFTER AWHILE... THEY DONT TELL YOU WHEN THEY TURN Off THE WATER."
