"Attention Owner of falls of Point West your worker by the name of Jessica is giving preference to her relatives with 4 cars with a 2 bedroom when confronted their relatives expressed they can have up to 20 cars spots as they wish with the help of your worker Name Jessica they also encouraged me to make a report implying they have the heads ups this is a blatant straight up abuse to other paying tenants at this apartment complex."
"It's an older complex with the most upgraded interior. Not bad, just wish there were more parking areas and less parking on the street. Overall, it's a bit pricey for such a small unit. Maintenance does a good job and are always working. Near China Town/restaurants."
"I use to live here back when i was a kid. So many memories. The workers were all nice and kind and we became close friends with the worker. I love every second of this place. I miss it as well. It’s very peaceful and safe. Everyone gets along. I very recommend."

Not sure what a unit goes for but you could probably get something nice if you are willing to go further out.

Cats everywhere! Makes the apartments smell nasty when it rains.
Also drunckies in the middle of nigth figthing.
And loud music.
