"Madison Park Apartments are SLUM Apartments. I hate this place. Unfortunately I am still here. That's because I'm on a waiting list for very nice place. So again I am admonishing anyone that wants to move here. Don't do it. They will raise your rent. Without fixing a damn thing. By the way I still have all the major cracks in my wall due to the foundation issues. I still can't open my sliding door for over a year due to foundation issues. I pray everyday that I leave this hell hole. So keep your money and run from this place as fast as you can.If you need help after hours don't count on the management. No one answered the phone. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Hello I wanted to update you on my latest post on the Madison Park apartments. Unfortunately things have gotten worse since I posted the last time about the cracks in my bedroom in the plaster falling down six months ago things have not changed my oven and stove that has not been working for over a year it's still not working and also now my bathroom sink is stopped up and I have no kitchen light so again people if you think you're going to like it over here you're not they willingly never fix anything do not move here. NOW I HAVE NO HEAT. PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE. Also the after hours number doesn't work. I CAN'T TAKE IT. I AM GOING MOVE AS SOON AS I CAN!!!"
"This place switch managers so often I hardly know who to complain to it’s ridiculous. The staff is very impatient and rude ! This is one of the conditions I’m living in my ac leak puddles and heater didn’t work months after complaining they replaced the unit and fixed the ceiling not even two days later the leak is back ! I’m paying for updated appliances and they gave me a old fridge that makes a lot of noise they get upset when you ask for help or keep calling it’s better to get insurance and take them to court because you’ll loose your mind trying to live comfortably in Madison park"
"I used to live here but I was broken into multiple times by a group of squatters. They broke in too easily and the office does not switch out the locks before you move into the apartment (allegedly). If you do live here, check out the apartment first and buy as many cameras as possible do deter these losers."
"Don’t move here they have a lot of crime and the property does nothing. Beware of living here the property owner changes every year or so be advised you have been notified in this post. Ps there are rats and large bugs that are not being exterminated."
"I wish I could give this place negative stars…. I lived here for a little less than 6 months and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY apartment complex. They switched management 3 different time and one of those times had a change in leasing companies. The original company that I signed my lease with offered pest control and it kept the roaches and bugs at bay and when the new management company took over pest control was non existent but was still an expected expense. My rent was originally $695 and on my first rent statement from the new company it had jumped nearly $100 dollars on the new statement without water being included. About a month after the new company took over a fire happened that resulted in my door being kicked in by the fire department and the office had no clue there was a fire let alone any safety hazards. After they “filed a police report.” They did nothing to help me, or any of the other residents with their kicked in doors. They left me and my neighbor across the way with non-functional doors that did not lock that didn’t close and they left it like that for about a week. I terminated my lease with them after I realized they weren’t going to fix my door, and now they are hounding me for money even though I was promised, I would not be financially prosecuted. If you were looking for an apartment where you don’t have to talk to the leasing office every day to get something as simple as scheduling pest control, fixing your AC, or asking for 3 weeks straight for lightbulbs that you inevitably put it yourself, I would not suggest coming to these apartments. I know I personally won’t rent from the “Falls” or “ Mosaic” companies whenever looking for future apartment complexes."
