"These apartments are the worst apartments in Houston renters run far far away from these trash apartments the manager Yazmin is racist no one in the office speaks English and the maintenance guy Romero run a car lot of the apartment lot he rented a car to a crack head who ran into my parked car while I was sleep there have been several murders in these apartments and the water never works also the office allow the maintenance man to rent out rooms in his apartment to illegal immigrants also the lady that hit my car was a illegal immigrant w no paper work and when I called the police the maintenance guy helped her escape it’s been over 50 random ppl Living in and out of his apartment run far far far away from these mice eats through floors infested w mice and the office just pass out traps instead of getting someone out to get rid of the infestation"
"NOT WORTH A DIME OUT YOUR POCKET!!!!!!! ?Always had water problems either being cut off or no hot water, rats, roaches. Mice ate through walls, big roaches as well just pop out randomly. We’re told no kids can play around the street but there’s always kids running, playing soccer, and or riding their bikes between cars causing to hit or scratch the cars!!!! Happened to frequently and never stopped. Hard to communicate w the office crew in basic English!!! If you try to ask for a manager she’s hardly available. Management show favoritism to their employees rather their tenants. I was told I couldn’t continue on with my lease at this complex due to MULTIPLE INCIDENTS I had with one of her maintenance employee(who rents his apartment to illegal immigrants and of them happen to hit my car when my car was PARKED// when the cops came the lady who hit my car faked out the scene saying she was having a “panic attack” without them gathering any of her identity due to her not having no identification! Long story short that maintenance guy was there just because he sold that car to that illegal immigrant cause why else, he couldn’t explain why !) when we tried to explain this to the office they had no care for us in the situation && the worse thing is the office manager (Yazmin) didn’t even communicate with me about not wanting to continue a lease; ofc
she had other people do the job even after the fact she asked my husband if we were extending our lease when he went in to pay rent. I don’t recommend this complex to anyone."
"No hot water///// I made this post almost 3 months ago and once again we still with our hot water do not move here the office lies to the tenants about the repair of hot water but never any clear resolution just a bunch of talking in circles and no progression//// No Heat either DO NOT MOVE HERE HORRIBLE COMPLEX Also the Lead maintenance Romeo (Romero) allow his kids to damage the tenants car here when brought to his attention he gets upset and tell the office here to do what you gotta do, they are out playing soccer between the cars during all times of the day, I have never been through this many loops just to live peacefully"
"By far the worst established apt complex yet. I have a family member who live here who hasn’t had hot water in 12 days!!!! not to mention the family member who lives here has a child who has asthma! When my cousin demanded hot water that their putting her child's health at risk, the manager responded saying she was going to give her a eviction notice. My cousin demanded to know her name and she said she did not have to provide that information. In my personal opinion you need new management because by all the reviews I’m reading, no one is getting help by the management, nothing is being done by maintenance and looks like a lot of people are more then able to get outta their contract and sue this establishment for the rent and deposit back. This establishment needs to get their stuff together because I smell a lawsuit!!!!"
"I moved to these apartments 10 months ago the apartment was very dirty. I had a lot of rats and A LOT of different type of roaches, refrigerator had a whole, and then the oven wasn't working along with other things that needed fixing. I didn't go to the office because they really did nothing, so I started emailing management and had a response within an hour I had all my issues fixed the next day they covered all the rat holes they can find and the fumigation comes every Friday I have no rates or roaches anymore. These apartments aren't that bad especially now with new management. The bad thing is that in order for them to paint the apartment you have to live here for three years when I moved here it didn't seem like they painted my apartment. And there are a lot of stray dogs that poop everywhere plus some people take their dog out and don't pick there dogs poop even though there is a dog waste station. NOBODY picks up the poop so it's laying there for Months in the summer there is a lot of flies in my apartment."
