"i lived here for almost 10 yrs, ill say it was decent but of course there were problems such as Roach infestation, water problems, but a major thing was the cats. So many stray cats roaming around which made the place look dirty. They where wild and crazy and would chase you sometimes. When going to the Leasing Office to report they said nothing could be done which is kind of ?, but yh other than that decent place to stay at."

"I have been here going on 10 years now 11/14 -11/24 and just sharing my opinion. I've seen a lot of changes from security guard to no security, vehicles vandalized, reconstruction of the parking lots, building makeovers and upgrading, maintenance crew hard at work making sure that each apartment tenant is taking care of if anything breaks, new security gates, and very clean pool even when it's closed for the winter. People complain about the trash that's everywhere but we can not control other people actions on what they do in this small community so the maintenance crew tries to do their best on cleaning behind people. The leasing office team is always changing and switching around like musical chairs but this new team resident manager (Tameka) and her best team (Luz and Karen) are very observant when it comes to tenants problems and they will make sure that the needs are taken care of as fast as possible. The new carpet replacement is very nice with the choice of color and I like to say THANK YOU TAMEKA AND LUZ for making it happen. It's getting better and better each year for Fairfield Trails Apartments so to the new management team, keep doing what you do best and we're very appreciated."
"I recently moved into this apartment, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The location is fantastic, close to shopping centers, parks, and public transportation. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, modern and a cozy atmosphere. The management team Tamika, Luz and Karen is incredibly responsive and friendly, always willing to help with any issues. The community is welcoming, and I feel safe and comfortable here. Overall, it's a great place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!"
"Don’t let them fool you with the new fake reviews, it’s very small for what you pay , they have thin walls so you can hear everything from your house . Roaches indeed do be everywhere in the unit , they don’t accept partial payments so if you fall on hard times this is not the place for you especially not right now , find something better for your money fr ! It’s not a good neighborhood they gone say market value but they don’t even work with you! I’m not one of those who try to get around paying bills so I leave fake reviews no honestly this apartment is horrible if I could give 0 stars I would ! They only show pictures of the clubhouse because the units are terrible. Please and I mean please find something better , yes management is nice but it’s not for the people they for the money !"
"Major health issues with the roach infestation. Leasing office only offers minimum pest control for roach prevention which is not helping. The walls are thins and the neighbors are noisy. The leasing office plays games where they refuse payments if you try to make any partial payments, so they can evict you. They violate the leasing agreement terms regularly so make sure you thoroughly review your lease before signing."
"I'm so HAPPY to say that WE have a new Resident Manager (Tameka)and her team (Luz and Karen). It feels so good to walk in the office to smiles and no negative energy. Now I will renew my lease. These ladies are so helpful and have feelings about there residents to make us feel that they care about us and this property. Welcome ladies glad to have you. Looking forward to the changes."
