"DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE SEE MY WHOLE REVIEW NIT JUST THE TOP!!!!!!!!! would give it a negative review but u cant this is my last month here and it seems they stop caring about the tenants that are leaving. Today they finally decided to fix my leaking sink after 7 days of waiting. I called almost everyday concerningthe issue all I received is that maintenance is on there way. We had no dishwasher because it's also been broken still waiting in the parts to get here from the manager told me today they will order the part right now but yet I made the request 3 weeks so they completely ignored my request. we had to clean our dishes on the bathtub. For 7 days because our dishwasher haves been broken for almost 3 weeks. The manager comes to our apartment and blames us for the leak and tells me why is there food at the garbage disposal she tells me no food can go I the garbage disposal that it's not meant for that. Idk what kind of stupidity she can be talking about when I work as a plumber. Yes I could have fix the issue but it's not my responsibility when it comes to fixing the plumbing.These have been the worst apartments to ever be living at I repeat do NOTA MOVE IN HERE. THIS IS MY LAST MONTH AND I WILL BE LEAVING THE VERY SECOND MY NEW PLACE IS AVAILABLE THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER."
"Worst apartment's ever. They have security and officers there on property performing private security or contract security for the complex that are harassing individuals on property. There are no signs that say anything on property about trespassing nor is there a gate in the entrance. The manager or the owner of the complex has failed to prove any of trespassing on the property the police station themselves in the complex asking everyone who enters for ID when no one has done anything wrong. I Advised for everyone to avoid this property not worth living in. You will be harassed by people in uniform and unmarked vehicles."
"Definitely a fun & beautiful property! Loved how close proximity to memorial city, but still far enough it’s quiet. Monica was such a bubbly person & helped so much with finding the perfect apartment for me. Highly recommended!"
"I came in last week for a tour, and I was greeted by the nice team they had! I’m looking to move out soon and I had a lot of questions, Corissa helped me out so much! The property was really kept up and was what I was looking for. They are very helpful and were quick with responding back prior to tour and after.
