"Nothing special about the amenities, location is close to galleria (a block away). Front desk staff and leasing staff is nice except this new white old lady who needs to learn how to talk residents. She approach me very rudely about my car charging (used to have free plugging on 6 floor). Didn’t appreciate how condescending she was, need to be train better."
"The word “luxury” is a stretch. The apartment we rented was decent, but it definitely wasn’t luxurious (see pictures).
The parking was okay, but the floors weren’t well-marked, so you only realized you had reached the sixth floor when you couldn’t drive anymore.
The elevators were also worn with broken rails and chipped walls…
As you enter the hallway from the elevators, a strong smell of headache-inducing paint remover overpowers you, which i guess was some kind of repair but added to the other issues.
The bathrooms and kitchen of the apartment were both outdated, not to mention the big ‘black mould’ stain on the wall…
The gym and pool areas looked promising, but the former had limited equipment and the latter was closed due to winter.
No idea if these issues were across the building but it’s a bit misleading to say the least.
The unobstructed views are def beautiful but the building is in a need of a massive overhaul."
"Good apartment! I have been living here for a year now. Everyone is friendly, maintenance people are fast response.so far I have great experience and management and maintenance.
Yes there was elevator issue for long, but it seems like mostly fixed
I am hoping pool will be fixed this year. I love this pool and jacuzzi: con some resident invited tons of unknown people for pool party. Need arm band or something to limited access .
A lot of renovations was done last year. Old but affordable rent. Some marijuana issues but that happened in many apartments I lived too."
"Me and my husband love this place. We will be renewing our lease for one more year. Apartments are big and cozy, and the staff is very friendly. There are some issues since the building is old but I think the new management is doing a great job fixing everything (elevators)"
"Need to sing your praises again, as the new paint pattern on our floor looks great (and classy) and this is further enhanced by the new lights that were recently installed.
I need to congratulate you and your staff on how everything seems to work so much better here at the Dominion now and this includes our elevators, which have not been as operational and efficient as they are now! They all work, they are less noisy, they look great, and they "show up" a lot faster.
Maybe not everyone notices these positive aspects, but my wife and I sure do! Please keep up the great work. So many positive changes since you took over the management of our building.

"This is my initial contact with the apartments, and I wanted to share my experience. I set an appointment online to look at the luxury apartment home. When I arrived, no one was there to assist me, after 10 minutes a young lady did arrive; she was kind and told me that someone would be with me soon. I sat and waited. (I had left a meeting at work early to make this appointment). When the gentleman finally came to assist me, he took me in his office and told me that no one would be able to show me any apartment. I was taken aback; he said that there were no available units to view. I told him that I had an appointment and asked why they would allow me to make an appointment, and drive there just to waste my time? He advised that Dominion 'IS AWARE' that people are able to make appointments online even if there are none.
Suggestion: If you see that there is an appointment and you have no available apartments to view, disable the ability to make online appointments or check the appointment schedule, call the person and reschedule at a better time. If this is any indication on how I will be treated as a tenant, it's concerning. You never get a second chance to make a first impression."
