"I’m gonna be moving cities for education, and leaving Domain makes me wanna cry. I’ve been here for just a year, and my husband for ~5yrs, and we’ve both had the best experience! I absolutely love the amenities, everything’s always well maintained, and the staff are super professional, available to help, and (seem) happy to do their jobs. In addition to a being a great apartment, Domain is also nestled in the heart of CityCentre offering quick access to some of the best cafés, restaurants, and calm & lively environment. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to live!"
"- Apartments are very poorly insulted - you can hear noises from the street, freeway, and ESPECIALLY the dog park.
- Very LOUD dogs in the park, and managers refuse to do anything about it
- Internet goes out at least once a month, and its impossible to get in touch with the internet provider
- Every 4 weeks maintencnce will enter your apartment (without permission) to check water pressure
- Garage is INSANELY difficult to park in. TRUST ME ON THIS. ASK THEM TO SHOW YOU THE GARAGE BEFORE YOU LEASE HERE.
It takes literally 5 minutes just to get out of the garage, and very tight spaces to park.
- Elevators constantly break down.
- Way too much security to get around the apartment. You need 2-3 apps just to go from your car to the apartment.
Regret moving here, don't trust the reviews. Many of these people who gave it 5 stars just toured the property, but have not stayed here.
EDIT: Leasing manager reached out promising to help, but ended up just ignoring my emails."
"I would like to highlight my recent experience with Zoe. She arrived at the leasing office about 30 minutes before they opened and immediately sought to help me with my needs. Although I insisted on waiting until opening hours, she was ready to help me collect a package and address an inquiry regarding one of the shared workspaces. I was very impressed by her willingness to assist me. She is extremely courteous, patient, and professional, and I hope her superiors recognize her for going above and beyond.
In addition, I would like to compliment the maintenance staff. I reported minor wear-and-tear issues to maintenance. Within one business day of the each service request, they have arrived at my door with smiles and promptly fixed each issue. Even when they are tending to maintenance issues around the community, they are very warm, friendly, and welcoming."
"I recently leased an apartment at Domain at CityCenter and had a fantastic experience, thanks to CaeLoni, Jessica, and Elton. Their support in finalizing the lease made the process incredibly smooth. The location is wonderful, with great amenities and secure, gated parking. They showed me several apartments, helping me find the perfect one. Being new in Houston, their warm welcome, along with useful directions and recommendations, made my transition seamless. Highly recommend!"
"When we moved in, the apartment had not been cleaned. The kitchen was filthy with food stains all over the cabinets and sticky floors. It took us three swifter mop pads, spraying and scrubbing, to get the floors clean. Both bathroom toilet tanks were leaking and it took three tries to get them fixed by the repair crew. Air filter was dirty. That took two and a half weeks to address. Spray nozzle on the kitchen sink was plugged. They replaced it with a used one that didn’t match. We asked them to replace that. They did, with another one that’s used and full of calcification that also doesn’t match the finish of the faucet.
I must say that the maintenance team who come out to make the repairs are always very nice and polite. This is a management issue not a people issue.
We expected a whole lot more than we got moving to this area at these prices."
"Lived at the lofts. Management is pretty nice and helpful. The apartments and utilities are very old and outdated. I also liked all of my neighbors, everyone was pretty respectful. Could definitely use a refresh since they charge the same as updated apartments in the city centre."
"I recently moved into The Domain, and my experience has been excellent thanks to Kourtney, Oscar, and Elton as they have been incredibly helpful with the move-in process. From answering all my questions to ensuring everything went smoothly. The domain is a beautiful property with great management and leasing team."
