"This place used to be better but has recently fallen off. The pool and BBQ area have been closed for half a year, no one answers the phone and there has been numerous tire thefts within the past two months but nothing has been done to prevent this such as cameras facing the entertainment gates or security.
Maintenance is responsive and effective and the apartments themselves are nice but these other things make it not the best place to live."
"Calling and calling, no answer.. Can’t even answer the phone…. Sad sad sad. Yet yall require soooo many things from people trying to lease. Victoria supposedly helped!!! She is rude and doesn’t care about new tenants. Victoria was soo upset she had to call and scold her! They supposedly lost our paperwork that we updated on the website like informed. They denied us but yet expected us to pay another application and yet like mentioned above she did not even have the paperwork that was requested for application process. How can someone deny if no one even received our paperwork. This is ridiculous and they are dangerous! How do you lose paperwork! Personal information with other people’s ssn and bank accounts! She had the audacity to say it was not her fault! When I also mentioned no one answers the phone since we literally had to call 44 times!!!!!!!! Then she had the nerve to tell me that “that was not her problem”! Wow ! Like dear you sit upfront all day long and can’t even answer the phone!!!!! Like do you sit there and stare at it ring lol 44 missed calls!!!! To get all the required information but yet still came with denying and still had the audacity to call us and be rude and make disrespectful comments."
"My experience with Deseo was very short and a waste of time. I had a scheduled tour on Wednesday Aug. 14 2024 at 12pm. I arrived and firstly just entering the apartment complex made me think it was not off to a great start. A car was exiting as i was entering. There are two driveway paths for entrance and exit. This resident leaving did not care and still continued to leave and come head on towards me as i was entering. I parked and went to the leasing office and they are closed. There was a sign indicating they were closed the same day until 2pm, however it is not clear when that sign was posted. Could have been same day, 5 minutes before i arrived, earlier in the morning, or the day/night before. Either way, i did not get a text, call, or email letting me know that my scheduled time needed to be rescheduled. I have had inconsiderate experiences with other apartments where i gave them three times just to see a unit in person. After that, i am not giving my time to another apartment company where my time is not respected. Plus there is a huge pile of trash near the complex, not on their property, but its unappealing. Regardless the distance, its inconsiderate on many levels. Im still looking for my first apartment/place of my own and im not here to waste time. No need to reach out."

Worst experience of my life !
Initially, their website had a glitch taking our payment, but not completing an application or allowing the office to move forward with the application. after coming in person, when we were unable to reach anyone on the phone
a lot of confusion later and what seemed like misinformation from Staff we were directed to reapply online and pay the fees a second time with the possibility of a refund?? She refused to speak further on that (totally $400 in application fees by that point). We were told we would get a return phone call from management once she reached out to them and IT regarding the issue .
that never happened. We again had to go to the office twice because they were not in during office hours the first time.
After all that we were denied. That is a separate issue.
We have now received emails and calls from collections regarding move out fees totaling $200. Move out fees for somewhere I’ve never lived. they are refusing my phone calls and have not provided any recourse or resolution.
Our friends who live there, and initially suggested we apply, went down to the office after we were not receiving phone calls, Staff stated they were aware of the situation, and would not be assisting Disgusted is an understatement"
"I had a scheduled appointment to view a 1 bedroom apartment. I absolutely love the model apartment layout. The location is in a great area. It's appears to be well maintained. The apartment was in my budget but all the other requirements to apply for an apartment was not acceptable for me so I am not interested in moving here."
