"These apartments are the most racist apartments I've ever seen. Nothing luxury about them. When you get black mold, it takes them months to do anything about it. They let 20 people stay in one apartment but someone who needs a home for a single parent with 2 kids gets denied. Worst apartments I've ever seen."

"The only reason they’re getting one star is because I can’t leave zero! I should’ve know it was going to be bad when I paid my deposit & they tried to tell me they never received it! Thank goodness I kept records. When I moved in there was food leftover in the fridge which I told them about. Towel bar wasn’t fixed and they did fix that about a few weeks after moving in. But after that any maintenance request was ignored. Then when they actually did acknowledge the request they called and asked me to come home and let them in because they lost their spare key to my apartment! I spent my whole day at home and no one showed up to fix anything! I lost out on a day of work for nothing. But the cherry on top is the fact that they sent my final bill to a debt collector! No idea why they would mail the final bill back to their own address when they had my forwarding address because I listed it on my 60 day notice! Now I’m taking a hit on my credit because of their incompetence!"
"I've lived here for two years. Everything is nice. The neighbors. I don't like that it's the 25th of Christmas and no one has hot water. Why am I paying 780$ for rent if I don't have hot water for two days and no on is telling us anything. No courtesy call about the water. Took them two months for them to fix a hole in the floor that I had to keep calling about. They need to put more money back into the apartment and not into the apartment owners pockets. Pest control was the only thing that was consistent."
