I recently had a leak in my HVAC system. Maintenance arrived earlier than I expected. He wasted no time getting to work and repairing the problem. He was very professional and polite. I am very pleased and grateful for a job well done."
"Clear Creek Landing is a hidden gem of Houston. I relocated here from Ohio and took a leap of faith and applied for a unit at Clear Creek Landing without stepping foot on the property. However, Property Manager Michelle and Assistant Property Manager Jennifer made the process seem effortlessly. Michelle even took her time to send me pictures of the exact unit that I would be applying for. And I must say the day before I was to get my keys I had an anxiety attack because I started thinking oh Lord what have I got myself into. Needless to say I absolutely love it here and I’ve been here for almost a month. Although, I haven’t had to have any run ins with the staff such as maintenance, but from my observation the maintenance team really takes care of the property. And all the Cushman Wakefield staff on the property is very pleasant. And what I have noticed a that is the staff really flip out apartments very quickly and new residents move in shortly after the prior tenants moved out. And being a former homeowner and property manager that means good management to me.
The maintenance staff is very reliable and very efficient. Maintenance requests are handled quickly."
"Had the pleasure in talking to the manager Michelle and her Assistant manager Jennifer. Both welcomed me with open arms, advised them that I was just checking to see if I would get approved so wasn't sure what I could afford although I wasn't in a hurry to move. I applied an holy crap Batman I got approved. Each time I talked to either one, it was a great conversation and ended the fall in laughter. Thank you again Michelle and Jennifer for your assistance in my process."
"Lived here for pushing a year but y’all I like it when the ac works but since living here they’ve came to fix it like 6 times and they literally complain about having to fix the ac? Like gurlll just get a whole new ac unit cuz it shouldn’t be going out this much they even know the unit is old and won’t replace it but even if you call it in as an emergency on the weekend they tell you they can’t do anything till the weekday when I first moved here I loved it the quietness the area how beautiful the apartment was and how nice they were at first??♀️ I for sure won’t be renewing my lease I wish I could end it now cuz me and my baby goes without ac at times"
