"I moved in in May and management has dropped the ball over and over. I have consistently been ignored, emails ignored, resident portal messages ignored, issues with charging me for extra renters insurance, issues with parking, the list is never ending. Upon move in THREE major appliances were broken and the bath water smelled so awful we couldn’t shower. The appliances were not addressed until 6 days later. The water smelt disgusting for 5-6 days, even after we continuously ran our water and ramped up a nice water bill. Outside of the insane parking issues, there’s literally not enough room for the amount of residents here to park. Any time I have contacted the front office it takes me calling back at least 3 times to get through to someone, they ignore my emails, resident portal messages, or take several days to get back to me, and are completely condescending. Namely Oscar. I have never dealt with this level of rude at any apartment complex. The lack of care for the people that live here is astounding.
I pay for a parking spot (that’s more money than they told me it would be when we moved in and signed the lease by the way) and have parked in the same spot since May, yet someone new has moved in and they gave that spot I was in away to someone else? Tell me how that makes sense. After said front office guy looked me in the eye when I moved in and said “just let me know if there’s a closet spot to your unit that you see that’s open and you can easily be moved over to that one”. Well that’s exactly what I did. I have digital proof as well. And I assumed it was taken care of and have been parking in my spot next to my unit since May without issues. I get a call yesterday saying they just put someone else there. AND I got a threat note stuck to my vehicle saying I would get toed if I didn’t move. Moreover, this all could have been avoided if management event knew what was going on with the property and logging their information and messages properly.
Management has literally brought me to tears, I’m legitimately exhausted from and sick of talking to anyone at the front office anymore. No body deserves to be treated like this consistently when we PAY this much to live here. The quiet neighborhood and nice location is not worth it, there are way too many other good spots in the Heights. Do not give these people your hard earned money."
