"We have been living in this complex for one year, and I highly recommend it. The community is large, welcoming, and has a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. The wide range of amenities and included fitness classes are fantastic additions that truly enhance the living experience.
What really sets this place apart is the outstanding support from the Circle team, especially Carolina. Her passion for her work, kindness, and professionalism made a lasting impression on us. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt cared for throughout our stay. Thanks to her, our experience here was significantly better, and we will always be grateful for her exceptional service."
"The Circle is a great place to live. I had lived here for 5 years in several different apartment units and believe it is one of the best places to live near Hermann Park and the Texas Medical Center. There are many amenities that are well maintained. In addition, the management staff hosts fun activities and little events. I felt well taken care of whenever submitting a maintenance request or asking help from the main office. One of the management staff - Carolina - was especially helpful. She took me on my first tour of the apartments five years ago and was always prompt and helpful answering any questions I had while living here. I would still be living here if I did not have to relocate for work. The apartment and staff are exceptional!"
"I honestly like this community. All personal is helpful and nice, the amenities are mostly in good condition and a maintenance service works just fine. In cases of emergencies the office usually reacts pretty fast and efficient, we had several of them in the last couple of years (water outages, false fire alarms) and the personal was staying in contact with us helping with what was possible. It's not a luxury residential complex but I think it's worth the money. It doesn't give a 5-starts-hotel vibe, yes, but The Circle at Hermann Park is a really nice and cozy place to live in. Location is great too. I highly recommend it to friends who are considering moving to the Museum District. I have been living here for several years already and I am intending to renew my contract."
"The Circle at Hermann Park is a great place to live. You can feel very safe here as are double gates that are fob access only. The grounds are kept very nice. It has a very large and lovely mini dog park and lots of poop stations around the property that are always stocked and maintained. The staff at the circle especially Carolina, Dan and Luisa take care of any need that I have by just walking in and letting them know what my issue is. They always handle my issues with a smile and positive attitude. They also have Starbucks cafés just make sure to bring a 16 ounce cup of your own. The grounds people and the maintenance people such as Anthony and Ricardo handle the issues that I have swiftly and professionally. They say it takes a village to keep a community in good shape and this is one of the best communities I’ve lived in in quite some time."
"We have been living in this complex for 2 years and I highly recommend it. It's a big community with a friendly neighborhood. There's plenty of amenities and fitness classes included, which is amazing!
On top of that, the circle team has been very helpful during our stay, specially Carolina. She is very passionate about her work, kind and polite. She took care of us during our stay and we will always be grateful for that. She made our experience much better!!"
