"My stay here so far has been great! Ever since Loriza took over, she makes sure maintenance requests are done in a timely manner, always goes up and beyond to make things happen! The community over all is quiet and peaceful ,I will be renewing again!!"
"Been eyeing these Condominiums since November 2024. No vacancy. Was told then "tenants here just don't move out, ever." The very day I put a deposit down on another location, I received an email from Loriza regarding availability. I went to visit the next day & signed on the spot/dotted line. The transition was so smooth, seamless. Ms. Rubio is a gem! So kind, so helpful & so cheerful! A breath of fresh air. Which (!) is what you'll get here. Surrounded by huge pine trees & serenity. Saw deer from my porch! I. Love. It. Here!!! Thank you Loriza & your Maintenance Team for everything. I hope this to be my permanent home! Thank you!! ❤️"
"Me and my family love Loriza. When we go on walks we love stopping by to say our hello. She’s always positive and nice. My baby loves listening to her talk. We see her like family. This neighborhood is very homey. A lot of friendly faces and good environment."
"Miss Loriza has been an absolute angel! We have been here almost 2 years now and seen a few managers come and go but Loriza is a gem. I love how quickly she gets things done and how much she gives to our community. She always has fun events for the kids and family at the office and any trip in feels like talking to your favorite friend. I really love this community and with leadership like this I plan on staying for a long time."
"Great experience. The property manager, Loriza, was really friendly and helpful when I signed, and she’s always greeting residents with a smile. The neighborhood is quiet which is nice. There’s also a lot of good food spots and grocery stores really close by. Would highly recommend living at Central Park condos"
"We have been living here for the better part of 2 years, and in that time there have been some maintenance issues pop up here and there as to be expected. The response from the office/site management has always been prompt, part avalibility for repairs has occasionally been delayed, but we have always been kept up to date. More importantly, we have always been treated with respect and understanding by the management and maintenance teems."
