"Me and my fiancé moved in March of 2024.
Upon arrival, the front office staff including Reyna and Rachel (I may have butchered the spelling) are very friendly. Any request that we’ve put in, they have listened and made sure to follow through with completing the task.
George the maintenance man is so helpful and never hesitates on fixing anything. He even knows our dog’s name and tell him “good morning” every day.
Pest control will come at any time you request that they do. We’ve had no issues with any bugs in our home.
This is a very family friendly neighborhood. There are a bunch of kids that play outside together but never have been disrespectful.
We have had no issues with parking. There is always open spots to park.
The staff works hard to ensure that the property maintains cleanliness and is well-kept.
For the price we pay, we could not have asked for a better community to live in ?"
"Me and my sister both got an apartment to share here and have been staying here for a while (7 months or so) and I have to say the atmosphere here is nice. Living here has been easy. We haven’t had any complaints. Raina and the leasing office have worked with us several times to make sure everything is how we like it. Management here has very good response times and often have special get togethers like breakfast (yes even chic-fil-a) it’s awesome here and I couldn’t be happier that I moved here. Very economical and nice apartments. Spacious too."
"Have been staying here for 3 months and I will say I feel much safer in this complex than I have in previous complex. I have a one year old and it’s been very pleasant staying here not having to worry about any bad things going on. Staff is very welcoming and very helpful when it comes to any issues. Maintenance is always quick to respond as well as front office staff! Very pleased to stay here!"
"Lived here for a while, very quiet apartments, decent for the price and staff always helps out everytime you reach out. As far as the roaches if you keep your unit clean and get pest control monthly you have nothing to worry about. Very good for the price. Highly recommended"
"Honestly me and my spouse were happy we like the area the front staff was great at explaining everything and showing us around the apartment complex. I love that’s there's cameras at every exit. Maintenance had been great at fixing everything ASAP and I love that they keep us in the loop about everything going on."
