"This place is a joke! Do not move here. The hallways and compactor rooms are disgusting. It’s like no one cleans up here. The stain from the photo has been on the hallway floors for 2 weeks. Someone slipped and fell from that stain. They also have kids walking on the roof which can be heard by those on the 4th floor. Morgan Group needs to clean this place up, the tenants are not happy and it’s embarrassing to bring company into this building. I cannot wait until my lease is up!"
"Really liked the units when I first moved in a year ago. Now i can’t wait for my lease to be up. There’s always dog feces outside and I don’t see management enforcing any clean up. I hate the mail room situation. It’s always a mess and hard to find packages. When I first toured , they had lockers but by the time I signed my lease, they only had the mail room. I haven’t had access to the residents app since I’ve lived here so I need to call for all maintenance requests. I tried contacting office staff about that with no success, even after a year and 4 months. Getting through to leasing staff is not easy. I always have to call at minimum a dozen times before I can talk to staff and depending on the issue, months before the issue is resolved. Mario and Marlon always promise call backs and don’t so I have to constantly call to get updates. When it was time to renew my lease, instead of calling to let me know my renewal application was missing information, Marlon physically tried to give me an eviction notice even though I had been calling to see the update on getting my lease renewed and was told to be expecting call backs that I wasn’t getting. Everyone in the office is polite but when it comes to getting issues addressed, they are not efficient and don’t properly communicate. I’ve been calling for 2 months to get a piece of carpet in my bedroom replaced. Sent pictures for them to send to the repair company. Every time I call the office, they just promise another call back and I don’t get it."

And when I raised a concern, Mario went above and beyond, personally inspecting the issue and ensuring that I felt valued as a member of the community. Even when faced with challenges like a towing incident, Marlon approached the situation with empathy and provided helpful guidance, demonstrating a commitment to customer service that is truly commendable. It's rare to encounter such consistent excellence in every staff member, and I am grateful for the exceptional service I receive at Caroline Uptown West."
"I been living in this complex for a year and I absolutely love it here. It’s very quiet, and clean. The leasing staff are so nice. Every time I need information Marlon, Haley, and Kelsey always extend their hand to help with whatever I need. Maintenance also fix things in my apartment in a timely manner."

Everyone in the leasing office has been a blessing. From Mario always being on top of answering all my questions, Haley being super nice, Kelsey always coming through for me and making me laugh, and Marlon who has been super helpful/resourceful since he’s arrived, i couldn’t ask for a better staff to work with!"
